Food is very good, well seasoned, with chunks of ham and pork, sausage, plenty enough food to fill you up. I had the every monday southern meal, red beans and rice, with a smoothered porkchop, and a side of french bread. Taste was good, price was below 15 dollars with tax, and more than enough food on the plate to have it to go! The area is not great, but its close to alot of bussinesses and close to St Charles ave. Over all, i will be back to try other hot food plates they will...
Mr. Leo and krewe always have something good to eat. From home cooked hot plates to griddled pancakes to fried oyster sandwiches. You can’t go wrong. Support small business! Eat at the Caboose.
Awesome small lil food shop. Was told to try their gumbo with extra gizzards. Very nice broth and it wasn't seasoned too much, very subtle and quaint. I would definitely eat here again, and enjoy the other flavors they may have. Staff is very friendly. And their chairs got cushions🥰
