yum yum yum! enjoyed the ham n cheese, regular croissant, chocolate cookie but the star of the show was a sweet potato feta with chimichurri!
the pecan croissant was just ok, I wished there was more pecan.

I never imagined being floored by a turkey sandwich. The roasted turkey and mayo made this special. The lamination on the croissants were a work of art. Charming little bakery

Great bread!!
The sourdough loaf is outstanding, very dense and chewy with a lot of sourdough flavor. The croissant was excellent also, maybe a little underdone, because the layers hadn't puffed up on my peach croissant but the flavor was so caramelized and buttery i didnt care.

I’ve tried their bagel and croissant. I can’t give a review on the bagel due to the fact that I was caught up at work and it got cold. But their croissant is so good. Wish they were opened on Tuesday though.

The party bread should be America's answer to Frances Baguette and Italys Ciabatta. It's in a focaccia form but with baguette tasting crumb. The crust reminds me of a tradición. Fantastic with good olive oil.

Leo’s is hands-down one of my top two cafés in this city - with the other being right across the street (Pagoda all the way).
There is an indescribable magic about this Bayou St. Corner that makes you want to nestle in and fabricate brilliant stories.
Another point to Leo’s whimsy are the rather fleeting times of opening - you must be quick to catch the opening hours or you will miss the delectable treats of the day.
Look out, Leo’s often closes around 1:30 or 2:00pm - selling out of their seasonal treats even earlier.
My go-to orders are the seasonal sandwiches (my favourite is the lemon ricotta, balsamic broccoli chard, and eggplant on sourdough - 🤤 simply heaven sent) and the chocolate chip polenta cookie.
There is limited seating indoors, with a few tables in the outdoor patio area. It’s definitely a local spot and I run into friends all the time co-working or meeting up for coffee. They offer a simple, straight forward drink menu and affordable prices.
Leo’s is life, that’s all there is to it.

Walking into Leo’s Bagels feels like stepping into my own version of Cheers—where everybody knows your name (or at least remembers your order). The food? Absolutely top-tier. The bagels are perfectly chewy, the spreads are fresh, and every sandwich hits just right. But honestly, it’s the people behind the counter that make it truly special. The staff are friendly, fast, and somehow always make you feel like you’re part of the family, even on a busy morning. It’s the kind of place that makes your day better just by being there. Leo’s isn’t just a bagel shop—it’s a community with great taste.

The chocolate croissant was delicious, a little more of their delicious chocolate would’ve made the croissant perfect, however, I will eat these croissants every time I’m in New Orleans. They really are good! We also had the polenta choc chip cookie and a few other items! I highly recommend this place!

Nothing like the smell of fresh bread. Everything was amazing looking. The fresh bread was still warm by the time I got it home. It brought back found memories of my youth getting fresh hot loves of bread from Giabrunos Baker on long Island

We love to go to Leo’s bread. They are the kindest and nicest people.
The reason why I’m writing this review is that we just ate one of the best sandwiches in the world. They have a peach burrata prosciutto pesto sandwich. 🤤🤤🤤 it’s sooooo good. It’s seasonal, so go there today and get one.
