Overall the food and wine list were fairly good for a restaurant of the caliber. However, the service and vibe of entire restaurant staff was off putting. They appeared not to appreciate the patronage from a diverse family from San Francisco.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Especially if you are young. my friends and I (all 22 years old) attempted to order drinks, and the manager personally came to the table and told us he "didn't feel comfortable serving us alcohol"..... None of us were intoxicated, and again we are all of age, and often get mistaken for being young. the way the manager treated us was Absurd and he should he fired. i will attach a picture of him. Avoid at all costs if you want to have a nice dinner in New Orleans. just go somewhere else, PLEASE!

Charming French bistro in the garden district. No trouble parking nearby. The escargot portion is delish and generous. The hanger steak was very tender. No place to wait, so reserve and come on time.

Food was good, but this place is not good for big parties. The service was very rude - would not come

We visited the restaurant during a business trip. The ambiance was fine but unfortunately the food was not very good. The "Sautéed Branzino" was simply fried fish on the top of some broccoli and beans. The amount of salt, butter and hot pepper was absolutely incredible. To our surprise, when we asked for two different checks, as we work for two different companies the waiter refused. He claimed "they can do just one check for table". Finally he excepted to spit it in half. It wasn't right and is completely unacceptable that my company should pay for something that l didn't consume. You can get much better food and service in New Orleans. I don't recommend this restaurant.

Delicious food in a beautiful setting Beets were light and tasty. Gnocci was like a pillow. Delicious. As was special salad. Pate was also delicious but very rich. Each entree was full of flavor. Would recommend everything we had.

If it's cold, don't eat outside. Lesson learned. David was a great server. Highly recommend this establishment.

Love Lillette but most recent visit was a bit disappointing. Could have been an off night. Some entrees were served cold. Specifically, the protein was hot but served on top of a cold plate of cold vegetables.

We visited 12/21/23 for holiday reunion with NoLa friends and had some of the best roasted chicken ever. But don’t miss the white truffle Parmesan toast, the duck liver pate, and the grilled beets!!

Food is very good; and service is excellent.Their New Years Eve special menu was disappointing, particularly given the price. I was expecting more from the NEE menu given how good their standard menu is.
