Order the pizza online manager refuse to return the Pizza, ask for the district manager number, , refuse to give me his number, call district manager who never returned call back, the store was not clean, fix pizza with no gloves on, manager had kids running around, manager bad attitude

You have to watch them at little Caesars pizza. They don't like to give you the receipt and they will charge you twice for the same butter garlic sauce.
They are not friendly over there. I will never go back over there.

Placed an order at the Crowder Blvd location. The order was hot and fresh. Came home to enjoy the dish but happened to turn the pizza over and there was a bug baked into the crust. I contacted the location immediately to inform the staff of the discovery and the guy who answered snickered and directed me to contact customer service. Contacted customer service which was an automatic system that directed callers to contact the actual location to speak with a store manager regarding order issues. I contacted the Crowder location again and they stated the manager was outside each time I called to tried to discuss this matter. Hopefully, it doesn't occur again but I will NEVER return!!

I placed an order through their app and waited about 20 minutes before I went to go get it. The app told me that my food was ready and everything. I get there and my food was not ready, then they tried to tell me someone came picked up my order. When I asked for a refund, they then said they couldn’t give me one because my order “hadn’t came to their system yet”.. I thought it was picked up?? They said I would had to call the headquarters for my refund… So I had to wait 20 more minutes for them to make my food bc they never actually made it. My food was good tho bc it was fresh.

I ordered the pretzel pizza carryout special online. Everything was fresh and hot. Great value. Also one of the cleanest restaurants I have seen . Thank you

Ask for garlic and parmesan toppings on your pizza when its done... Thank me later 😁😁😁

I typically like Little Caesars but the workers/owners chew tobacco, which I personally think is a disgusting to do when you’re preparing people’s food. Just thinking of the spit that might be on my pizza makes me nauseous. Do that at your house. They also do not wear gloves and they go back-and-forth between the cashier and peoples food without washing their hands.

When/if they mess up your order (like they did mine) they just tell you that you’re wrong and don’t offer any solution.

I always visit this location for the hot and ready pizza for my kids.Every time I visit the location, the cashier act as if he is disgusted and aggravated with the kids ( meanwhile, his kid is always in the store ) and always give us a pizza that’s premade, which is fine until yesterday I went in and he gave me a cold pizza when I called and complained about it he hung up in my face. Please do not visit this location. Domino’s have the same deal, and I will start going to Domino from now on .
