When you walk in the restaurant it is very bright and inviting. The owner Kay (sorry if I spelled that wrong) is very friendly and welcoming. Came in from Los Angeles, and had the lunch kimbap special. Excellent quality and tastes very good. Even the miso soup had large pieces of tofu and mushrooms, and was delicious all by itself. If you're in NOLA, and want to travel only a couple miles from Bourbon Street, this place is a must. This Korean BBQ spot is a gem and a must try.

The food was good but I felt it could have been better. Maybe if we go back we'll cook our own. The wings were way too spicy, rice cakes were a little too sweet but good, short ribs tough but flavor good, idk... come try for yourself lol

Bibimbap was ok, little on the oily side Bossam was good but it's not very traditionally Korean style Katsu was fried pretty well kids enjoyed this dish Service was really good probably the most memorable thing on our visit her It was nice to visit but probably won't come again

The food was excellent. We did the combo, we grilled our meats, and we ordered from the kitchen. The pork belly and oxtails were the best. Their chicken wings were tender and seasoned perfectly. The whole experience was fantastic.

Not sure how this restaurant hasn’t gone bankrupt yet as it definitely is not worthy of living. Premade rice cake that’s dry and flavorless (how can anyone recommend???). Kimchi small plate tasted like ice and again flavorless. If that’s made in the house then it sucks so bad. Worst, they have 20% mandatory tip for every single table (even if I sit alone), with little to no service provided. What a shameful and worthless place.

If you decide on grill, you may need to order 2 of each as the marinaded meats are 8oz(1c) portions to grill. As our order was both chkn & beef 8oz (beef appeared to be shredded pieces) paled compared to 8oz chkn & is definitely not enough but the marinade is very good. Not a big selection of juices for kids & no option avail for tea EXCEPT SWEET. Alcohol choice limited. Fried rice was ample, & HOT POT was also an ample portion. Wing dip cold have been more garlicky, - +it tasted bland,, perhaps it was supposed to be bland,but I expected a more seasoned flavored food. Personally, my order left me wanting

It was not a pleasant experience. The seafood pancake was spoiled. The waiter took it to the kitchen and came out to ask wanted to make it again or cancel it. Their attitude was like this was normal. No apology. This is also the first Korean restaurant I have eaten in that charges for refill banchan. The spicy rice cakes were too sweet. This is a must-order dish when I eat Korean food. I always take it away, but I didn‘t want it this time
