Food excellent. Lines long at lunch. Need seating for older people.
Best tasting boiled seafood in the east, wings are good (not Manchu good), fish plates are good as well. Prices are fair. To go place so no atmosphere, friendly staff.

i got a meat pie & a 3 piece fish plate, all fries (usually comes with fries, salad & toast). everything is delicious!
Don't think you're going to a 5star restaurant. This place is a hole in the wall & takeout only, as are most of the best seafood spots in the city.
If you want fancy, go to the quarter, this place is for real, good food.

I love the honesty, I asked about there crawfish, and he told me that there were pre frozen crawfish, and they still tastes amazing.The fried chicken is off the chain.I live in slidell, and I make it my business once or twice a week to go and get my chicken plate my crawfish, and my pineapple big shot.

It stinks in there
A lot of customers coming and going so the local people like the food. I just felt it was average. Simple concept, come in, place order, wait 12-15 min, leave with food.
Take out restaurant. Friendly and fresh food. Basic seafood menu. Boiled crawfish,shrimp,sausage, and party trays.
