Great food, friendly waitress. Just wish they'd turn the music down so I could have a conversation

Evacuated with our yellow Labrador from NC from Helene and hanging out with family. Struggling to find a restaurant on a rainy day that accommodates gluten, as well as dogs inside. This place was terrific with my pup, as well as having great service and food. What a gem!
Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating for celiac gluten-free. needs

Lucy's was a fun looking place to eat with friends or by yourself. We were attending the National American Legion convention and stayed at the Renaissance arts warehouse hotel across the street. I liked the ahi tuna but was disappointed there was no soy (Shoyu) sauce, wasabi and chopsticks, that's why the 4 stars. Poor representation of the food being offered as this is a must, I am Hawaiian and my expectation was that there was more association with a beach theme and that the food would have that island flair to match the name of the bar. Our server was pretty, friendly, and her personality matched the atmosphere. But the manager and bartender did not have the same outgoing attitude, which is a shame.

Cool & casual environment. We had appetizers for dinner (nachos and ceviche)- both were fresh and delicious!! Easy walk from Old 77 (other than all the sidewalk construction).

Nice spot for casual drinks and food. Definitely a little touristy, but the prices are totally reasonable for this town, the drinks are actually pretty good, and the food is solid. We stuck with the tacos (shrimp and fish). The protein was cooked perfectly. They went a little heavy on the slaw on top, but still good. Decent street parking options around the area. We'd go back in the future.
