We visited Lufu Nola and everyone loved their dishes. We started with Pani Poori and it was fun and tasty. I had the Macher Paturi and it was amazing. My daughter had the lamb and it was also delicious. My husband and son had angara chicken and loved it and my older son had the khayali pulao and also loved it. We all definitely recommend Lufu Nola!

The pani puri was so delicious and refreshing! Chaimisu dessert was great as well, I think I actually prefer the chai taste over the original coffee flavor of tiramisu.Vegetarian options: Many dishes are vegetarianDietary restrictions: Clearly labeled dishes

Average at the most. Was excited to come here on my trip to NOLA after reading the amazing reviews. But have to say it was average. The concept, the theme, menu, decor was well thought through.Started off with the cocktails which I will say were creative and decent- the old fashioned and French 75. Ordered the chili chicken which was bland and missing salt. Infact all the dishes were missing salt including the dal makhni and angara chicken. The garlic naan and raita were probably the two things I enjoyed.Ordered the masala chai to end the meal which was a mistake. How can a basic chai be messed up? Super milky, missing tea and flavor. Im sure this place was geared towards a non spicy palate but basic flavor should still be on par.

I would agree with a lot of the reviews that this place is slightly overpriced - it's probably due to the downtown location and proximity to local hotels. Otherwise, a solid 10/10 on food taste, presentation, and service! The fried cauliflower and naan were outstanding. Service was perfectly attentive and friendly. We'll be back!Parking: Street parking is only free after 7:00 pm. One lot nearby in Capitol One Building.

The food here was amazing! The food had a literal burst of flavor when it entered my mouth, the waiter was very respectful and patient too. The restaurant was very colorful and bright, this place is awesome and I would recommend (spice tolerance for certain things)
Really great Indian food. Bit pricey but the food was really good. Had Squid fry and chola bhatura with chai and Gin cocktail. Good, interesting cocktails. Very small chai portion though.
