Great place for food and service. One of the best hotels attached restaurants I’ve been to. Great drinks, burgers, and of course oysters

Ragout of Braised Lamb and Cavatelli was very good, service and environment was excellent. The herb roasted chicken needed more flavor, I was expecting a lot more flavor on this dish for the price you pay. Any restaurant you go to in New Orleans prices are very high.
We ate here twice during our 4 day stay for Mardi Gras and really enjoyed both the food and also the atmosphere service and location. It was fun to eat at the bar where we could meet other diners and enjoy chatting.

One of my absolute favorite spots in New Orleans for lunch & happy hour! Definitely recommend splitting the red beans & rice with a friend for lunch (it’s big enough for two!) and also stopping by for their oysters on happy hour!!

Happy Hour APPROVED! I love getting a French 75 and an order of pate. I’m a sit at the bar kind of girly but any seat is a good seat in this place.

Visited during Mardi Gras for Sunday Brunch. So extending some grace. Appetizer of smoked salmon flatbread with pickled beets goat cheese, cherry tomatoes and dill. Flavorful but a little skimpy on the smoked salmon. The flatbread was very dry. More like the texture of a cracker than bread. The other appetizer was the BBQ Gulf Oysters - 4 large oysters made with Herbsaint butter, bread crumbs, parmean on a bed of rock salt. Nice smoky BBQ flavor. Roasted beet salad was almost the same thing as the flatbread appetizer without the added benefit of the smoked salmon. Entree was the Blue Crab Omelet made with 3 organic eggs, tomato, mushrooms, mozzarella and accompanied by a side salad and French fries. Very tasty and full of crab meat and cheese. Unfortunately there was a long wait. Even arrived after the order from the nearby table of chicken and waffles that was placed after our order. Had the omelet arrived hot would have given it 5 stars! Coffee and sweet tea were as expected. Convenient location. Nice ambiance. Service was slow. Has a small bar area. Reservations are recommended.

Visited Luke while in New Orleans. The atmosphere was clean, bright, and slightly business-leaning, and the service was inconsistent — good at times, but it missed the mark on others. Tried a few dishes, starting with fresh oysters - we ordered two rounds, and at happy hour pricing they were a great value. The Ragout of Braised Lamb with Cavatelli was very good and comforting, though I would have preferred small chunks of lamb instead of shredded meat for more texture. The Steak Frites was just okay and didn’t quite justify the price point. Overall, worth checking out once, but not a spot I’d rush back to. Saluti

I've been here once while on vacation, so this review is based on one visit. That being said, the service was great, and they were quite personable.
For the food, I got the fried chicken with red beans and rice, and the bone marrow appetizer. The fried chicken was very good and the portion size was large. I wasn't as big of a fan of the bone marrow, but it wasn't bad. Just felt like it wasn't very flavorful.
Based off this one experience, i'd recommend

I had a wonderul experience dining at Luke. The service was attentive and friendly for our party of six. I recommend ordering various entrees and starters so that you can dine family-style and taste all of their fantastic options. They have a solid cocktail selection as well.
