The vibe was inviting. Kamri was communicative and welcoming. My smoothie hit the spot after a nice long walk on a New Orleans summer day. The healthier options was refreshing to see in comparison with competitors' offerings. I will be a regular customer.

Both the counter attendant and Alyssa, the manager were amazing. They were cordial. They engaged in conversation and they helped me look up in my points profile. The last order I made to help me make a decision of what I needed to get everything about the experience was amazing.

The two juices I tried were absolutely delicious but I had an açai bowl here and it was totally bland and the açaí just didn't have any flavor to it which I thought was really strange. For the first time ever I only ate half of my açai bowl and I threw the rest away.

I was soooo disappointed. This location never had the Almond Milk blend and I was specifically told to come the next day, which they still didn't have it. I went there 3 days. 😫 However, the other juice I ordered was good! Just really wanted that blend!
I'm unclear as to why they hired this guy who clearly hates his job and has zero respect for the customers or his employer. He's consistently rude and today I watched him handle my food with the same glove he wore to take cash.
Last week's sandwiches were delivered without vegan cheese. After tipping 20-30% per order
I'm not returning to this location.
