We had a huge anniversary party at Manning's, the a/c was broken the food sucked and as far as the service nobody that works there seems to care. Save your time and money. Applebee's is better.

Munchie was awesome! Great service! And the chicken fingers were fire!

We were seated quickly. My coworker and I had the wedge salads. Very fresh tasting. Our waiter was attentive and nice. It was a great lunch.

We never got in. Although we booked well in advance and confirmed our reservation we arrived to find the entire place booked for a private event. Someone fell down on the job.

Manning's booked our reservation, confirmed our reservation twice, and then denied entry because they were hosting a private event and failed to notify us of it. Incredibly poor administration and management.

I made a reservation on 12/21 for a party of 8 for Saturday, February 8th (which was Superbowl weekend) and when my party showed up the restaurant was booked for a private event!! I booked this reservation weeks in advance so why did the restaurant accept a reservation if they booked the entire restaurant for a private event!!!! It was impossible to get into a restaurant with a party of 8 for Superbowl weekend! Call to verify your reservation because Open Table may let you make a reservation and the restaurant won't even be open!!

We were seated quickly. The service was awesome. Had burgers and they were delicious. Great atmosphere to watch sports!

Worst experience at this restaurant we have ever had! Nobody here but it took the host 20 minutes to get us a table. She disappeared twice and was gone 10 minutes at a time?? Finally, she got us to a table and through the menu on the table and ran away. The Manning's would not be happy with what was going on here to say the least! The cup of gumbo was salty as heck just like the wings and chicken tenders. For $7 you would think there was something in the soup that would cure all - a thimble of a cup and no spoon or cutlery to boot! The service was terrible - the waitress was only concerned about where I should put her tip in cash or billed to our hotel room?? The worst! $76 plus yes a tip for literally garbage!!

It was a slow night due to the Sugar Bowl being played. Our fries had been under a heat lamp for a while. When we asked for fresher fries, we were brought some that had been microwaved for a minute but were still cold in about a minute. The shrimp in my poboy was way overcooked. My wife's fried shrimp was also overcooked. Very, very disappointed.

Blown away with the staff, beautiful restaurant and the food. I beleive our bill was 171.00 and my tip was a total of 138.00 dollars. My wife smiled the entire night! Thanks to the entire staff for the truly exceptional experience. Looking forward to dinning with you again.

It was so nice to get off our feet! I felt like we were watching at home but getting waited on, we love this place normally can't get chairs but it worked this time! We love the Manning family & love seeing the pics!

Apparently we picked the WRONG night for good service! We were a table of 8 ; 4 adults & 4 teens. We were rushed for our drink orders. Only to have 7 , 8 oz glasses brought to the table. Our meals came quickly but our silverware did not. The last drink made it to the table right before the meal was finished. We had no extra plates with the appetizers or the tartar sauce that was to come with the catfish strips. We literally were finished eating them when the tartar sauce arrived! We got the BestStop Boudin Balls as an appetizer as well. THREE came on the tiny plate. Let me add, we are residents of Louisiana. On the northshore you get 6 boudin balls in an order!
Our waitress was nowhere to be found! One of our party went to the bar to see if we could get our missing things. We even had to wave someone down to find our waitress to get our check! Of course with our large table the gratuity was included, but NOT deserved!
We had no complicated orders or demands. We got a crappy server & an unbothered manager!
Disappointed for our first & probably last trip!
