We had a reservation at 5:15 on February 8th and planned to watch the Super Bowl. There were 2 women sitting at a table outside the entrance who asked if we had a reservation. I showed the reservation on my phone for 2. She said there was a “glitch” with the Open Table reservation and it would be $250 if we wanted recliner seating and $200 for a table. I made the reservation months ago and received a confirmation February 7th. It's terrible they would not honor our reservation without us paying $200+. We were not informed of any additional cost prior to our arrival. We will never return and warn others not to go there. Unbelievable that the management allowed this.

Made a dinner reservation using your app. Arrived on time and was told there would be a wait over an hour. Told hostess we had a reservation. She told us 3 times they do not take reservations. We showed her your printed reservation confirmation. She said she did not understand. She went to the back and returned to say she'd see what she could do. 5 minutes later she returned and took us to a small table next to a puddle of water and a hazard sign warning of a wet floor. Looked at the menu on the table and it was just a small subset of the Manning's online menu and the menu your app provided. We waited for 15 minutes without having any waiter or waitress approach our table. Saw a waitress walking by and told her we hadn't seen any worker yet. She said she'd tell someone. Waited another 5, then 10, then 15 minutes and still never was approached by any server. After waiting 30 minutes we got up and left. Upon exiting we noticed at least 15 people waiting to be seated even though there were multiple empty tables in the restaurant. Seems they care about acting as a bar serving drinks and not caring at all about cooking or serving food. A complete disaster.

Ridiculous to wait 15 minutes for a server and another 20+ for a beer after being seated on a very slow early evening (before 6pm). We were not checked on at all during this time. The plan was to order food and watch a game. But my BF was fed up at that point, paid for his beer when it finally came, and we bailed for the place across the street where we got great, friendly service and a table outside right in front of a TV. Don’t waste your time here.

Man I really wish the service here wasn't completely atrocious, because my sandwich (at least the half I ate) was delicious.

Trying to order here was like trying to pull teeth. The waitress seemed like she was there against her will. She literally walked away in the middle of taking our order and never took my wife's order.

When whoever brought us our food (not our waitress, she was still MIA) we asked if my wife would be able to order, and told that person what she wanted. Still no food. Ended up cutting my sandwich in half and splitting it with her.

Completely wild as it really wasn't busy at all. It'll have to be free if I ever come back to this place.

Atmosphere is great and that’s it. I go to New Orleans annually and I have given Mannings multiple opportunities. Hands down the worst experience and customer service you could imagine. Ordered drinks , 45 minutes past and never even saw the waiter again. We just left and it will be the last attempt at Mannings ! Hands down the worst place in the area to eat or grab a drink !!

Seated with no utensils or napkins. Ordered beer and it took 20 mins. Order appetizers, another 20 mins, appetizers arrived with no plates or napkins. Order food, arrived 40 mins later still without utensils.. some resorted to making chopsticks out of Burger skewers. Told they were out of club sandwiches after waiting 40 mins. Some of us didn't even get our burgers that they weren't out of. This place is a shell of the name. Garbage!

Manager acknowledged that service was not acceptable and corrected our bill. Appreciated the ownership.

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Asked for silverware and napkins multiple times and took 25 minutes. Two of our guests did not get their food. Plates from appetizer never picked up. Finally ate my salad without dressing because they never brought the dressing after multiple requests. Bummer!

Okay this is no diss on the cooks because I do realize they are only doing with what they got. My boyfriend wanted to go to Mannings to catch college football. Me not putting two and two together didn’t realize it was the Mannings bar and grill. Sigh. As a Gator girl true and blue it pained me to walk into the establishment, but I did. Quickly realized maybe the Mannings need to stick to broadcasting games than deciding what kind of salsa their bar should have. We should be past jar salsa in any restaurant at this point but especially in a place like the heart of New Orleans! Manning! I’m disappointed bud! Let me know if you need some help getting either a good recipe or might I suggest Mateo’s salsa! It is also jarred but it’s fresh!!! The rest of the food was delightful. And again my rating isn’t to diss the cooks! The staff was amazing and fun atmosphere as well. I would come back - just saying….

Me and my 2 friends from Atlanta visited Mannings. It very clean the staff was very nice and helpful
Our waiter Ash was amazing very attentive. We will be back tomorrow. O and they have alot of T.V. We watched the Georgia game.
