General Degaulle Location -This is a late shot out to the most unprofessional manager I have ever had the pleasure of coming into contact with. Whom ever the mid day, night female manager is, if it was / is your intent to display ignorance at it's finest, please let me say you have far exceeded my expectations... Because of you,, I have made a very well needed diet improvement, I will cook more and if I happen to want fast food,, it's Chick Fil-a, Canes, even Taco Bell has improved in their customer service. Never-the-less, we are who we are.

Opening at 6:00 am but making customers wait until 6:30 in the drive thru while you throw out the trash from the previous day is crazy. 🙄 I called, Uber customer service called and no answer. Y’all have to do better.

I’m writing to express my frustration with the unacceptable customer service I received at your location.

First, I waited 10 minutes in line to place my order, which is already frustrating. Then, when I got to the window and asked to add a hashbrown to my order, I was rudely told to get back in line—as if I hadn’t just waited for 10 minutes. To make matters worse, the staff member didn’t say thank you or offer any courtesy before shutting the window in my face.

This level of service speaks volumes about the type of management at this location. I understand this is McDonald’s, but that doesn’t excuse this kind of dismissive and unprofessional behavior. Your team can and should do better.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues immediately.

Hate your job that much then quit nobody asked you to work there.

We ordered 2 sandwiches and it took them 20 minutes to get them to us. Then when we got them they where wrong. When I gave the wrong food back, they actually gave the food I gave them back to the next customer. So I touched food that was giving to someone else when they realized they gave me her food. Pretty much the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
