Consistently the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Apparently, ordering and having the worker taking your order read back the order to you (and you subsequently confirming the order) is not enough to get your order correct. Instead of apologizing for their mistakes, they blame the customer and refuse to rectify the situation. I'm generally easy-going but even the most mild-mannered person gets frustrated. 0/10--do not recommend.

How do you mess up an order when everything is the same. Asked for hot, and of course, they told me to pull up. Over ten minutes later they forgot and now I'm going home with food that's almost cold.

The app says they close at 11pm, I came here at 10:15pm and they didn't want to serve me, I called and they didn't answer me, and I saw them inside the dining room, I don't understand if they close at 11 why don't they serve us? If it wasn't 11pm yet? I hope they fix

I went it this location once at the beginning of the week and again at the end of the week. The entire place smelled like poop. Literally like a dirty diaper. The first time I went in there was a mom with a small kid so I thought the kid may need to be changed. However coming back later that week and it smelled just as strong and just as bad was disgusting. As I waited for my food another woman walked in and was also complaining about the smell and how she had placed a pickup order 20 minutes ago that wasn’t even ready. It was 1 meal.

Manager is not friendly here at all I mean not at all! The inside smells horrible as well. It takes them forever to get the food together. I would not recommend coming to the store unless you wanna be treated like garbage.
