I went to this location yesterday. In the past this was one of the better locations to visit for fast and consistently good service.
Unfortunately this is no longer the case as I waited for over 30 minutes for a curbside pick up order with 2 happy meals, a big mac meal and a filet o fish meal with my two young children crying due to the unreasonable wait time (with no updates provided).
When I finally resorted to going inside to inquire about the status of my meal, my order number was nowhere to be seen on the order status monitor and I was told that they hadn't received any mobile orders. (There were 4 other cars next to me waiting for curbside pickup orders 😵💫).
A female (I believe she was a manager as she was wearing a blue button up dress shirt) was very apologetic and made my meals within minutes while another older man was working at the counter and jokingly asked if I wanted a job (I felt this joke to be rude and in extremely poor taste given my situation).
I've included a timestamp from my Google maps history which shows my total wait time. I will not be returning to this location for the foreseeable future. Please do better.

I went to the drive up window today August 30th, 2025. I went to the location on Read Boulevard. I ordered a quarter pounder, hamburger meal and a mcflurry. I ordered my hamburger with only Mayor, lettuce, tomato and cheese and bacon. And french fries. They told me after they handed me my mcflurry to go and drive around and park and somebody would bring out my order. There was a lady parked in front of me who was also waiting on her order. Meanwhile my mcflurry was melting, and when they brought the bags out, they gave her my bag, and I watched the lady stick her hands in the bag and said it was wrong. I checked my bag and I must have had her order.Because my order was not in there. The worker try to swap the bags and I told her that is unsanitary to give me my order that somebody else done touched and to give me her order and i've done touched it. So we both went inside and I saw a man from the corporate office in there, and he said, don't worry, they will remake it and give it to you. So when they remade the order, I opened the hamburger box and I just glanced at it and drove home. When I got home and when to take a bite of my hamburger, I noticed that there was no bacon on there. I noticed that there was no napkins in the bag and there was no mayonnaise and ketchup packs for the french fries. I started to eat it and just not worry about it.But then I said to myself I spent almost $20 for this food and I will not eat unacceptable food. So I drove back to mcdonald's from my house once again, I went inside, and I told the manager that just came on duty that my order was not correct once again. She said, if I have to I will make it myself. When she handed me my hamburger back with some french fries in a bag, I had to ask her for mayonnaise and ketchup packs. The french fries were cold by this time that they gave me back, and the hamburger did not have any tomatoes on it. How hard is it to make the the sandwich correctly Mcdonalds 🤔?? I brung it home and I ate it because I'm hungry. But I did complain to corporate office, at their corporate number. And they said they will be getting in touch with mcdonald's management to give me a refund. I doubt that I will ever speak to anyone again because that's just the way that store operates at that location. And I doubt that I will ever see a refund either. That is why I only eat Mcdonald's for breakfast every once in a while. I am so upset with mcdonald's, and it's really driving me. I'm not even hungry now.Because i'm so upset. If I could give this location ZERO 🌟 I would.... that store is not good. It's not my fault that they cannot make the food correctly.🤷♀️🤷♀️⚜️⚜️😠😠😠

I rarely get my order correct from this place. Today was another incorrect day. By the time I get to work and see my food it’s not worth driving back. I will not be going to this location anymore.

By far the most worst place ever the lady's at both windows were so rude talking to us like they had care in the world we needed syrup so they was going to make us pay 40 cents for it then wouldn't take the card I will never ever spend my money there the service sucks and recommend never going there. I've never been treated so badly at a mcdonalds

Delicious and this location, you feel comfortable when dining in.
I came in this McDonald’s to eat while I was traveling.. I male employee walked up to my table after my family had finished eating and told us that we need to leave now that we are finished eating. That is insane and rude and disrespectful… we weren’t even making any noise.. just trying to look at a map to figure out what bus to get on and where we were going! Very disappointing… not everyone is a homeless junkie!!
