I just received my curbside order (#1923) this morning. I greeted the employee with "good morning" and received no response. After she reached my cup of coffee to me as if I had a contagious disease, I said "thank you". She turned and walked away!I am a regular and usually am pleasantly greeted by an elderly employee with politeness. It's 51° so if you dont like your assignment, I suggest you consider another line of work.

This McDonald's is so high it's ridiculously I stop eating from them there is one who's prices are the same and my Grandsons love the double cheese burger meal 2 burgers,fries,and a drink the cups are getting smaller I remember when you could get any size for a 1.00 NOT ANYMORE

We placed our order twice at the drive thru. Nothing came out correct. NOT. ONE. THING. They even neglected to give us straws so we had to go back, walk in, and get straws!

Drive-thru Lane was out of order. There was no way of notice before entering. I was given the wrong item. No drink cups at the window after a 5 min attempt to find some cups. I ordered a double filet, but instead a quarter pounder was in the bag.

You absolutely get the freshest hottest food from this McDonald's! The wait is usually long but the wait on Bullard is longer and the food at Bullard will always be cold. So go here if you are in the east. You will get much better quality of food and service!

They never get your order right as far as customized add ons or things you've asked to have taken off. I have an onion and onion allergy they still put it in my burger, I ordered a double cheese burger for my kid with no bun they gave me two plain patties on a plate.Another time I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese no onions for me, a big Mac meal for my husband and six piece nuggets for my daughter. They gave us both quarter pounders (fully dressed) and no nuggets. Like I said check your food every time because when the young teens and You're adults are in the kitchen and working the window they never get it right.Of you do durning the day early morning it's a group of matured women working and I've had no issues with my orders then. Unfortunately if I go it's mostly last minute fast meal so I'm stuck with the horrible evening crew. Who screw up everyone.

McDonald's is more inconvenient with the kiosk machines now. The line are longer and it's becoming slower daily without a person at the front counter.Vegetarian options: I think as big as a company McDonald's is they should have more health options and list all the ingredients
