Service was awful, I ordered food at this McDonald's, and my food came with mold. I spoke to the manager, and she had an attitude, making it look like I was bothering her. Is the worst service and Quality I ever had. Stay away from that place.
I ordered a chocolate shake and shamrock shake and they both tasted like vanilla when I questioned about it because the chocolate was almost white I was told it should be chocolate that's how it comes out and the shamrock shake was barely green couple of ribbons of green at the top but tasted like vanilla
The š guy at the drive thru in the morning needs to be replaced. I feel like Iām bothering them when I place an order. Has a very unwelcoming attitude 100% of the time.
The staff are rude and disrespectful. Quality of the food is garbage. No one at this locations cares at all and just show up for a paycheck.
Wait times at 6005 Bullard Ave are rediculous. Almost 45 min in a line with people driving around skipping the line and getting their orders taken before the people at the speaker at the speaker. Finally someone acknowledged us at the speaker but still took the people at the other speaker that drove up after we did only because the car who had been waiting at that speaker decided to drive off as well. Finally convinced my son to drive off thinking that the line is ridiculously long, only for there to be 3cars on the side . Corporate should send a secret shopper on weekend nights to observe these wait times. Totally rediculous 0 STARS

Throughout our lives, we've visited countless McDonald's, but it's rare to come across one that truly stands out for its exceptional service. This particular location is a lovely exception. It's clean and peaceful, creating a welcoming atmosphere without any drama. You can genuinely feel the warmth and joy that fills the air, especially in the morning. Itās remarkable how a simple dining experience can evoke such happiness. Thank you, Ashley and Kathy Cel for the love and positive energy.

Suppose to be open 24 hour drive through, nobody there to take orders at 1am
If I could, I would give it less. Not only did they take a while even when my app said the food was ready, they took 10 minutes, ignoring me and yelling at me that they would give it to me when it was ready, then they just threw it at me, luckily I ate it there and I was missing items. I went back to the counter and I told them that I needed two packages of Chicken Nuggets and two sauces for the Chicken Nuggets, they threw one sauce at me and when I asked for the other one, they only hid for about 10 minutes and left me standing at the counter without even saying anything to me, another girl came and She said that she could help me. The truth is, the worst experience of my life not only made my food bitter but also my mood. The bad energy and vibe is the worst. If they don't accept orders online, they should say so and just return the money or they don't have any. what to put one through all that

It's just ok most of the time. I donāt like to feel rushed when Im making an order. I hate to be asked repeatedly is that it? Let me finish my order please. Itās not like yāall are going to move any fasterā¦.. Plus when I went inside one evening, they only had three workers, that I saw in the store. One of the workers was like,ā I donāt know when we are going to start making front counter ordersā. I asked for my money back. This is not slow food, itās fast food. However, I knew that they should have been making drive through order, then a front counter order. Management sucks at this store.
