I had such a great experience here last night that I felt like it deserved a shoutout. From start to finish, everything was on point. I could clearly understand the woman taking my order over the intercom (which already set a good tone), and the positivity just kept going. At the pay window, I got a compliment on the design of my card, and at the pickup window they complimented the interior of my car — it was such a small thing, but it genuinely made my night. When I got home, the food sealed the deal: my fries were hot and fresh, and my caramel sundae had so much caramel on it (exactly how it should be). Amazing service, great energy, and attention to detail all around. Definitely one of the best McDonald’s drive-thru experiences I’ve had. Night crew, if you’re reading this: thank you for your excellence, your kindness, your vibes, and your commitment to doing it right. This was hands down the best McDonald’s drive-thru experience of my life and I will never forget it.

Dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. Smelled awful as we walked in, our recently “cleaned table” had streaks of a dirty rag and the floor was filthy. Gum on bathroom walls, don’t think the bathroom has ever been cleaned. Probably shouldn’t have eaten the food with how disgusting the front of the building was. Food was stale and not fresh. This place needs to be demolished.

I placed an order big mac meal no lettuce off the grill and hot fries. Arrive home and lettuce all over the sandwich in which im allergic too. Very disappointed will return and bring it back tomorrow.

This is one of the most nastiest and disrespectful McDonalds out in New Orleans east when it comes to making or fixing a person food” I don’t care if I spent $1 no one deserves when they spend their money to experience what I experience with theses people…I ordered a double cheeseburger with no onion and prefers grilled onions instead” once I received my order I decided to check my burger and there you go they added raw onions instead..so told the young lady in drive thru that my sandwich was incorrect and can they remake my burger over along with my nuggets” she tells me to pull up and we will make it over again…soon as I pull up less than 10 seconds one the manager comes out with my food just that fast and that’s when I knew something wasn’t right…once I made it home my burger was hard and stale and my nuggets were hard and dry…most of all…all they did was took or scrape off the onions and put my food in the microwave to make me think I had fresh food…very disgusting and nasty…the restaurant refused to answer their phone” like always so I just threw it away…very disrespectful and very nasty McDonalds

Drive thru order taker more interested in moving me along that getting my order correct. I tried to change pretty of my order and the answer was the total for the wrong item. Drive thru was fast, too bad the Big Mac had cheese when I ordered it without do to an allergy. Fries were hot and drink was right flavor , coke, but four cubes of ice melted almost immediately.

I live less than 1 mile from this location however I’ll travel 10 miles farther to another McDonald’s. Order is NEVER correct at this location . IF you go to this location, CHECK YOUR ORDER BEDORE LEAVING THE WINDOW.

I just left McDonald's in New Orleans la, on Bullard Ave. They have 2 dudes pressure washing concrete outside and they put cones blocking drivers from taking orders at the speaker phones. So I pull up to the window to order. I sat there like 5 mins...No one in sight to take an order. It's 4am. Where are the workers? I drive up, look in the lobby. Guess where they were?? Yea, sitting down and laughed at me when I drove off. Sad and lazy. They on clock and stealing hours.😡
