During Mardi Gras it was a mad house! Kids brought in a stereo and started blasting music for 15 min and none of the employees didn't lift a finger or say anything. Employees were eating orders that weren't picked up right at the registers in plain view of customers. Needless to say the restrooms were closed. I felt very unsafe with my young child.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this McDonald’s visit was so unbelievably bad that I feel obligated to warn everyone. First, the service was nonexistent. We stood at the counter for several minutes while employees blatantly ignored us, acting like customers were invisible. When someone finally noticed, they took our simple order—a large fry—and disappeared. You’d think they were harvesting the potatoes from scratch because it took 25 minutes to get it. But the real show? One employee was literally screaming rap lyrics at the top of his lungs while jumping around the kitchen like it was a concert, not a restaurant. It wasn’t just unprofessional—it was disruptive and downright bizarre. I came for food, not a chaotic performance. After rapping loudly for 10 minutes he proceeded to kick us all out. 3 people in line had to leave without even getting the food they had paid for. When the fries finally arrived, they were grossly oversalted to the point of being inedible. After all that waiting, it felt like a slap in the face. I’ve never been more disappointed in a fast-food experience. Save your time, your sanity, and your money—go anywhere else but here.

My bugaboo here is I asked for extra tartar sauce. The cook explained he put a nickel size drop on each side of the fish sandwich and that’s “extra “. Not what I envisioned. The fish was very good. But I always like extra tartar on my McDonald’s fish sandwich on the rare occasion I even visit a McDonald’s. (At other McDonald’s in other states, I’ve had no difficulty getting extra tartar on my fish sandwich.) I found visiting this McDonald’s to be a strange experience.

So we buy a cheeseburger ask for no onions. The staff scrapped onions off a burger and sold it. We get home onions are still in the meat. French fries made in old grease are dark and stale.

Just horrific experience just happened at this McDonald's on St Charles, after I order my food I drove around to go inside to wash my hands. There was young bad weave standing at the drive thru window doing nothing and constantly I'm saying excuse may someone open the bathroom after 4 attempts the young lady who was standing across I see her laughing in the window reflection she came push a button to opened the door. While in the restroom a young black male was entering inside the restroom then began to play it off by calling a male name oh I'm looking for Myron. I will report this incident to the police so they can review the cameras I have a feeling this guy has done this mess before and never got caught.
