Worst McDonald's in the city. Poor service, poor attitudes, orders frequently wrong.If you order curbside pickup, just go inside. They won't bring it out. I don't know why they even have the option listed.Just go to the one on Claiborne. The building isn't as pretty, but they get your order right.

This is place is really horrible, to say they just rebuilt this smdh?? at this point I wish they'd stop hiring young chicks. Service so bad. They let me set in drive through just cause they didn't feel like working. How I Kno ... I just left. Talk about petty. Y y'all even work here if you don't want to "work" and wonder y you broke. You wont ever get a good job, so keep messing up those burgers and fries ?

Cool modern building design. Drive thru area and pick-up order parking spot area together are sort of cramped, but that's to be expected with a location like that. Food came out fine, staff was friendly.

I get it, it's St Patrick's Day and they're busy but should it take 30+ minutes for an Oreo mcflurey. Worst McDonald's ever and I've been to some bad ones. Lady's were rude and kept yelling. First and last time coming here.

The service is terrible, terrible, terrible. After waiting 1 hour to get to the window, I told them it was Uber and they left me waiting for 45 minutes and they also talk to you in a bad way. I already know the address in case I get more orders there, cancel them, others Cars were leaving because of so much waiting and because it was my job I had to wait so it wouldn't affect me and in the end they brought me the order and it was cold apparently they had prepared it for a while and what they don't want to do is work, they are some young guys who Apparently they force them to work because of how they behave, very bad conclusion, terrible service

I tried it again, after getting poor service from here before. They can't get the simplest of orders correct. But that's not todays case.This morning, I drove up and no one was in line, great I'll be able to get thru fairly quick. Nope. The cashier was slooowly counting out her til, and when she was almost done she opened the window with her til still exposed.My next disappointment, the food will be piping hot and fresh, no one else was there what could go wrong. My order was as easy as they come, 2 sausage burrito's, no sausage, no drink nothing but the food. Well disappointment again. It was OLD, sticking to the wrapping, as I attempted to open up its' goodness half of it would not separate without the skill of a surgeon, COM'ON MAN, fire the whole crew bring in some trainers and when you find that good crew reward them, I promise this place would flourish.I will take my time and go to the one on Clairborne, which is marginally better.
