The service was horrible! I only went to this location, because my husband always had great things to say about his visits there. Then again he does go around lunchtime. The scariest part of the entire experience was the manager was the worst! She was so rude & I began being polite, but she had me waiting with no explanation. My order wasn't complicated & it was placed thru the mobile app. Items were missing, the burgers appeared burned around the edges & extremely dry. The literally rolled her eyes in my face, when I mentioned my fries were cold & the appearance of the burger, I had no words. I I won't be back there anytime soon day or night:(

Walked in and ordered 28 $5 meals (11 Hot & Spicy) & (17 McDoubles). Not one employee complained and it was done in a timely manner. I would recommend this McDonald’s.

Parking: Parking lot was easy to access

Kid-friendliness: The staff was awesome.
Rose - Manager
Jasmine, Jade, Demonta, Hannah and Octave was very nice and pleasant.

Terribly slow, though this can be said for most of the McDonald's in the city. Workers were kind at the window as for passing onto me a delivery order.

Let's start by saying that if you just walked in, you'd think wow... This place is slooowww for a McDonald's. It's that slow for a reason. You've got a crew that absolutely are paycheck collectors. Not a single sense of urgency or pleasant customer service between the lot of them. The front counter girl says she's only here for the benefits. She's part time and does as little as possible. As soon as I got to the counter, a man of a different race then her, she left and didn't come back up I say there and they told her 3 times I was waiting and she still wouldn't come. Finally the manager came and took my money. I asked her why the girl couldn't come do that. She wasn't working anyone's else's order. It was just me. She said she'd talk to her which consisted of her asking why she didn't wait on me, to which the girl replied she didn't know I was there... A flat out bold faced obvious lie. And that's it.

Then I go to the restroom... And let this begin another nightmare. So there's no paper products in the place. This is after utilizing the facilities that I find this out. So I start yelling and knocking on the doors. Nothing. Then I call. Thru let it ring and ring and ring. Only to continuously hit the end call button on me which you know they do.

I come out of the restroom after using McGyver like ingenuity to take care of myself. I come out and when I asked how does the place not have TP she replied no one told her it was out. If I know my cooperations, there's supposed to be multiple times a day that someone checks the bathroom...? Oh she did say that people steal the toilet paper. Why not put a lock on the dispenser then? I have a lock that they can borrow.

All in all, hands down the worst McDonalds I've been to, and that included canal Street and gentilly... Which if anyone knows those 2, knows that I am serious about New Orleans Micky D's.
It saddens me that this is the type of place that has such an iconic name. Id expect this from Burger King... Wendy's ... but you get what you hire. Id like to have heard the interview of some of the employees... To hear what was asked. Like, we expect you to deliver decent customer service, bare minimum. Is that ok? Thru have to have replied, what do you call decent. They show up, don't give a flip, clock in, and collect them hours which yields a paycheck. Id say this store could use a top to bottom personel change. Cooperate level training... You know who doesn't get reviews like these? Chic Fil A...

It's the training, expectations, and accountability... And that model works. Where is that in McDonald's employees? Starts at the top.

They're all watching me write this making little comments about how long I am taking to write it, and because I'm short that's why I'm mad. Look at my reviews. I give great ones when great but sometimes you need to let the public know when it's not worth their time or money to spend at this location. Totally not... St Claude and Franklin could show them a thing or 2... I've been short a long time. I'm a happy person and don't care when it's used as a method of ridicule. Even that behavior doesn't bother more than poor customer service and shotty management. It brings the whole restaurant and neighborhood down. No one is wanting to come here... Rather choose to because there's not much in the area. Now they're trying to act like they wanna fight me, like that's something I'd do with a McDonald's employee... Lol. Female at that. You couldn't pay me to get that mad at a McDonald's employee. I just like to write thorough and accurate reviews when I get the urge

I'll end this by saying I hope it gets better for the neighborhood.

Lol they taking about getting raises... Lord if they do, I'm coming

All of the ladies working this morning were fantastic! I was in the drive through and the register malfunctioned when it was time for me to pay. Everyone was calm, polite, and provided frequent updates on how they were trying to get the line moving. Myself and the cashier had a great conversation during the wait. The register continued to give them a hard time but they directed me to the lobby which still had a functioning register. I appreciate the staff’s service and hope they are recognized internally for their hard work!

A picked up an online order at the drive-thru. The two staff members who helped me were so awesome, it was like an alternate reality. The one lady calmly announced her phobia of dogs and asked her coworker to step in. The second lady was equally gracious in helping me and the colleague. She even extended kindness to big ol' Dimitri! 🐶

They have the absolute WORST customer service. Imagine walking into an empty lobby and the staff just continues to walk past you! No one greets you, and when they finally do, their attitudes are nasty. At some point during the training, customer service needs to be a mandatory portion, a detailed portion. No one should have to walk into a restaurant, and if as the customer you don't speak to them first, it's as though you aren't even in there. It's ridiculous at this point. McDonald's didn't go out recruiting, their staff applied. Act as though you want your job!

Alright so it’s McDonald’s, but, we just moved and this location is now closest, I order Uber eats and I gotta say 100% better than the one on canal. They actually read the order and fulfill the requests, sauces, etc even label them, unlike the other location, AND they have a working ice cream machine? It’s about as good as it gets with Mickey d’s. Shout out to the staff.
