Online ordered at 10:10am in line at 10:15am hit the I'm at restaurant button. Got to the speaker at 10:40am after the slowest almost seems intentional service I've ever seen only to be told breakfast is over we will have to cancel your order. I don't know if it's the inconvenience of having to wait or the fact that I was already charged but can someone please tell me why wasn't the food made before they picked up breakfast?

Food took forever, had to wait after I received my food for my frappe after 10 mins had to go get it and still wasn't fixed

Sat in the drive thru for 10 mins and no service though they were opened…… terrible

We waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. It took so long I had to look on Google for the hours of operation. Finally I said hello and they told us to wait more. I asked what happened at the window and the employee said it was shift change. I worked in the restaurant business for 17 years. You don't stop service for a shift change. It is supposed to be smooth so the customer gets continuous service. Hopefully the manager was not part of this delay to customers. We'll go to another local McDonald's in the future. If this is a glimpse of their service you should do the same.
