Waited at the intercom for over four minutes no one answered, pulled forward to the window and now all of a sudden I need to pull back around and wait longer. The staff at this place is ridiculous.

This place suckssss . The employees mean as hell and just dont wanna work I asked for two separate orders and she said I canât do that . So we make one order and she added extra food on it we didnât want and wouldnât give us a refund at this hour (3 am) which Iâm for sure she just didnât wanna do it . So I have extra food I didnât want and canât get a refund . I donât live here so it isnât like I can come back and get my refund later . This girl was talking back to me in the drive thru radio saying âoh my god bro just figure it out â and â this shit is crazy â mind you I ordered one sandwich with French fries ONE SANDWICH This is the worst experience Iâve ever had at a McDonaldâs ever đ I wish I could leave negative stars ( they forgot my straws and sweet and sour sauce too ) just ate some of my food and my burger is raw and greasyyyy so much extra grease Iâve never gotten from McDonaldâs before I just wanted a Mccrispy bro .

I really liked ordering from the kiosk. My order had zero errors and I was so grateful.
Says open 24 hours I waited in line at the drive thru for 20min nobody answered. Pulled up to the windows honked and knocked nothing. Tried calling the store sent to voicemail. Then when they finally took my order it took them 45 mins to cook it. The employees where goofing off and on their phones. Piss poor service and unprofessional.

Omg! So today around 4:30ish we pull up to McDonaldâs for our mobile order. No one responded at the intercom so we proceeded to the first window, nobodyâs there so we go to the next. At the pickup window we saw one guy team member place the tea container on the floor. The female who was at the window went by the tea container with a cup, took a sip out the cup, then pour the rest of the tea out of here cup back into the tea container. Freaking disgusting. DONâT DRINK THE âTEAâ. I would only mess with the fountain drink. Be Safe!

Cannot even fill an order right. Ordered a large mocha frappe... didn't get. Ordered large Coke Zero with 2 ice...got tea with NO ice. No help from store or Uber Eats. They say it's NOT eligible for a refund. Have deleted Uber Eats app... Would not answer the question why it was NOT eligible for an adjustment when I was missing a $7.00 (frappe) and the McGrilldle that just had sausage instead of sausage egg and cheese.
The manager was very unprofessional and did not have time to understand what I was asking her about and did not give me a chance to speak so that she could understand why I came to this location ? someone needs to get her to be more polite and more patient with customers
