Always has fairly long lines in the drive thru. Majority of the time, maybe 65% of the time, the drive thru moves fairly slow in my opinion. Got the $3 bundle hot and spicy chicken sandwhich. They are open 24/7, and have cheap deals which is good if you need a bite to eat during the late hours of the night and not wanting to eat breakfast food and not wanting to spend a lot of money.

I went to this particular McDonald's on Thursday March 22 at 12:45 , I have eaten at many McDonald's but I was served a Quarter ponder meal, that was fresh hot and very satisfying the fries were hot and I was very pleased with the customer service. I have never experienced this at any new orleans McDonald's who ever the Manager is needs to be thanked for the quality service I received.

Just went through 2856 s ClaiborneAsked for the shamrock shakes and was told they didn't have them, ok, this happens. Got to the window and saw someone making it, asked the person at the window if that's what it was, and he said yes. I told him I was told they didn't have it . Not done. Ordered a large dbl qtr pounder with cheese meal for my son and a regular qtr pounder for myself, got home , no qtr pounder. Oh ya, fix the speaker system.

Do not go are dark. They lock the doors and make you go through the drive thru. It takes the employees so long to answer the drive thru that you are left to wonder if there is only one employee working, doing everything.Even after ordering for counter collection, was forced to go through drive thru. Sat in line for about 20 minutes because you can't cancel an order to get a refund on the app.

This is a small compliment but i believe it goes a long way! There is NO other McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to in my life, except this one, that has warm syrup with the pancakes. Omg my breakfast be so good. Satisfied!
