Was a little hard to find but we were in NOLA over a busy weekend so lots of people around!
We really liked the Impossible tacos. They have vegan beignets, which were really good and it was amazing that someone made vegan ones! We got the gumbo, which was fun to try as well. It didn't taste like I was expecting, but since I assume they know what the flavor profile should be much more so than I do, I think I just didn't know what to expect. Really enjoyed the vegan “hot” sausage, got this and my friend got a small rice bowl and was about $24 - it was nice, also super fast, but was a bit expensive for what we ordered. The rice bowl was super small but the sausage sandwich came with some seasoned potatoes. So was substantial. It says it’s “reeeeealy hot” too and was very slightly spicy, but maybe that’s just me.
