My son loves Menchies and when we arrived we were greeted by Erin who was amazing. She was so nice and very helpful to us. We were looking for the plush characters and she assured my son they would have it in stock for his next visit. . We will definitely be coming to this location again. Thanks Erin

We didn’t realize it was after nine and the manager unlocked the door and let my kids in anyway to get ice cream. That is super amazing customer service will definitely go back.

The manager working tonight was extremely disrespectful and rude then flipped my brother off bc his ice cream fell out the trash can ( he picked it up too ) that was overflowing while she was doing nothing but sitting on her phone. When we called up there to talk to someone about it she wants to act like she didn’t do anything.

Whoever the working the morning shift was extremely disrespectful rolled her eyes at me and didn’t greet me whenever I walked in the store the yogurt tasted spoiled and nasty don’t recommend on going because the customer service and some of the flavors being checked throughout the day

Been coming for a long time, always a great summer treat. The girls working there are super nice and helpful, it's a pleasant atmosphere, and the flavors are tasty!

Horrible customer service! Husband purchased a cup of vanilla yogurt with heath and butterfinger toppings; over $9. The yogurt? tasted like ice. When my husband went back to address the issue the girl behind the counter told him he had already filled the cup so he would have to pay for it. After explaining he had ALREADY paid for it, she went to get another employee from the back. The second employee told him that he could get another, but he would have to pay for it. He threw the cup away and went to DQ. The first thing we saw in the DQ parking lot was a full Menchies cup. Tried to attach pic, but it is compressed. ?

Overpriced yogurt by the pound where you can add many toppings to customize your deal we've seen them inside UMC/ University Hospital but weren't open everyday sho they have weird scheduling but it's worth checking out I just thought it was overrated but impressed that you have options to dress up your yogurt

-On many occasions, I have gone to this location, and it has been closed during posted hours. -They have the capacity for up to 14 flavors. Sometimes, there are only 6-7 working. -The toppings area is a mess. -There rarely is an employee on the floor. You have to wait for someone to show up and check you out. -In fairness to Menchie's as a whole, I have been to other locations that are better managed, and the flavors are actually good. I have contacted corporate Menchie's about this location and they are very responsive and glad to have the feedback. -Apparently this location closed around Christmas. I am not surprised.

Menchie's advertised on 10/12/18 that there was a $5 fill up all weekend. I went Saturday at 6:15 and the lights are off and the doors are locked. No sign, no explanation. What's the deal? This location is a train wreck!

Toppings were stale and there was no fresh fruit offered in the designated bins. Also, some of the flavors did not work. Employee behind the counter was also very unhelpful. Would not recommend this froyo to a friend.

I've been coming to this location for almost three years and am disappointed more and more every time. The staff are almost always rude and unfriendly. In the past year, every time I've gone, they are closing up shop and turning off the machines at least thirty minutes before closing time. I've been there in mid afternoon and they've left Clorox disinfectant out on the counter by the toppings. The only reason I keep coming back is my obsession for fro yo. Otherwise, this business needs a cleanup:(

The store was unkept and the toppings we wanted were unavailable. I think the middle of the summer is probably the most profitable time of the year. The owners need to re-evaluate the management of this location.
