Mid City Yacht Club is a standard neighborhood bar, except that the beer selections are a few steps above and the menu offers good to great options. Their burgers are creative and always great. The bartenders are a bit surly as can be expected but they can be won over by being pleasant and tipping well. And for the record, there are no boats, yachts, or bodies of water nearby.
Neighborhood bar *+ pool table + nice outdoor space + good food & reasonably priced? = hidden gem with great parking!
