This place is closed on Saturdays? Seriously?!?!? Maybe it was just the day we went, but if it’s a Saturday, make sure it’s open before you go.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the Shrimp Po' Boy at Mike Serio’s Po' Boys in New Orleans, and I must say it was absolutely delicious! The sandwich was packed with perfectly cooked shrimp that were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The bread was fresh and had a nice crunch to it, complementing the shrimp perfectly. The sandwich was generously filled with shrimp and topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles, which added a refreshing and tangy flavor to each bite. The remoulade sauce that was spread on the bread was the perfect accompaniment, adding a creamy and slightly spicy element to the overall taste. The portion size of the Shrimp Po' Boy was also very satisfying. It was big enough to fill me up, but not overwhelming. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the flavors were well-balanced.The service at Mike Serious Po' Boys was friendly and efficient. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and made helpful recommendations. The restaurant had a casual and welcoming atmosphere, making it a great spot to enjoy a classic New Orleans po' boy.Overall, I highly recommend trying the Shrimp Po' Boy at Mike Serious Po' Boys. It's a true taste of New Orleans and will leave you craving for more. Whether you're a local or a visitor, this is a must-try sandwich that won't disappoint.

Mike needs to stop licking his hand before tearing off an order sheet from his order pad. Yes, Mike got his saliva on my credit card, I came to eat Serio's food, not Mike's saliva. Hygiene needs to improve at this restaurant before I will ever return.

Worst poboys we've had in the city. Went for the convenience. Was thoroughly disappointed in the quality. If it means walking another block to get food somewhere else would recommend that. A combined $40 for a combined 10 oysters is just not acceptable with the options in this

I visited because I wanted to try PO-BOY, a local New Orleans dish. The filling inside was oysters, and it was just a sandwich of fried oysters. It is said that it originally started as a way to help poor boys, but as the name suggests, it has a fairly simple structure. Vegetables were optional. As for the taste. . Anyway, it was a good memory.

We relied on this place quite a bit during Mardi Gras because of its great location off the parade route. I did grab a Mufulatta sandwich for dinner one evening and it was ok - more of a panini actually. It was good size and fed two of us. I feel it could have been better with different bread. The service itself was quick and friendly, the restaurant is clean. Here is where things get a little dicey - it was the $2 per use restrooms. Yes I paid and used them a few times but man they were super sketchy and not so clean. My remedy was to make sure and bring a lot of sanitizer and wipes with me. I did appreciate them being there and allowing the use but for $2 I would expect a bit more upkeep.

Had a tasty muffaletta, pressed and hot. Plenty of olives!! Onion rings were ok, the batter wasn't my taste but the onions inside were good.

Had shrimp po boys 2 days in a row during the parades. First day it was excellent, second day was too salty. The bread is great and both sandwiches were packed with shrimp. Good IPA on tap.

Visited on 1/1 with friends as the place did not look that busy. The wait in line to order was not a bad wait but it was the wait for the food that took a long time. Waited over an hour and a half for my order and there where orders that were placed after mine that were getting their order before mine to which those were group orders. The shrimp po-boy was lacking flavor but the bread was fresh. The maddie's fries which was cheese fries topped with roast beef debris and jalapenos was very good. Man who was taking orders was very nice and apologized for the wait and would have giving this place a better rating if the po-boy was better as the flavor of the food can forgive slow service.

Waited over two hours for a po boy that was served to me completely burnt. Restaurant wasn’t even that busy. I don’t see how this restaurant has as many stars as it does. It belongs on a kitchen nightmares

Classic good po boy! Hit the spot! Liked that it was a little away from the chaos on Bourbon street which made for a nice midday lunch break.

Waited for over an hour and a half for our food. Ordered two bloodies but they forgot so I had to go remind them after 30 mins of waiting. Fries were terrible. Shrimp po boy was mid. Guy at the register was nice but the overall experience was terrible given the wait and lack of quality.

Can't begin to explain how you have to wait over and hour and half to get your order. Only come here if you like to wait for food.
