We absolutely loved this place. We went for a parade, and ate and drank the entire 80 floats. The staff, especially Blaine, could not have been more accommodating. The drinks were great, the food was outstanding (hummus with sweetbreads, burgers, fries mainly – we did not yet get to steak, although that's coming soon in our next visit) and the afternoon was a pure delight. 
The service was ok but the food for new years wasn't very good. My lamp chops were under cooked to my liking the way I ordered Ana the French fries were served cold and soft. The green beans should have been expressed that they are served cold with a vinaigrette sauce. I'm sure it could have been good on another night but for this to be a highly favored restaurant it was a 4.5 out of 10.
Studio Steakhouse is a small, cozy neighborhood spot with a lot of potential. We were seated quickly, drinks were well made and prompt, and the hostess was very accommodating. Because the space is intimate, noise travels easily. A nearby larger group celebrating loudly made conversation difficult — not a complaint, just something to be aware of if you're looking for a quiet dinner.
