Excellent homemade Cajun food made with love with a backdrop of the lovely cabaret act.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS ENOUGH.

Fantastic service and the food was immaculate. On top of this, it’s BYOB and they had an awesome local band (the Delta Revues) playing during our experience. All for a more than reasonable price. Couldn’t recommend Mister Gregory enough.

Mister Gregory and Larry provided the best service and food we had while in New Orleans. Cannot recommend taking the time to experience this enough.

This was an unexpectedly charming, intimate, and delightful dinner and show. Chef Gregory took time to explain every delicious course acknowledging his Southern upbringing and experiences. The entertainment was a duo playing Roots music paying homage to early Jazz and Blues. A terrific ending to our week in New Orleans. Check it your for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

Shrimp Boil Cabaret was fantastic, and the food was AMAZING!! This was such a GREAT find. Entertainment was top notch.

Gregory did a taste of the south tasting menu tonight along with the Shrimp Boil, it was a real treat. You can tell that Gregory really cares about the quality of product that he serves and everything tasted outstanding!!! The Shrimp and Crab au Gratin rival some of the finest restaurants in NOLA.

Gregory gave us history of the recipes, where the shrimp was sourced from. Even the King cake was from a special bakery, not a store bought. I highly suggest you take advantage of this gem. It's a little outside of the normal touristy stuff, which is what makes it special.

Was very nervous at first. Kept wondering what the hell were signed up for. Busy street, old building. He said it was where he lived, im thinking im goi g into a strangers house for food oh my ? Gregory did have a dog so that made me a little better. This was one of the best most fun Experiences I've had! Small, cute little old room. The food was unbelievable and Gregory is awesome. His nephew helped serve and was just as wonderful. Live usic form very talented gentleman. Everyone in this party enjoyed themselves and were all very comfortable.
Highly recommend ?

Better than even expected. The show was great and the food was amazing! We had a few bites, all were amazing and my favorite was the blue crab bite. Then the shrimp came out! It was the best shrimp I've had!

Book a table and hang with Gregory. Authentic and welcoming. Come learn about the city. Eat local and enjoy the best music in town. Bonus when Gregory’s dog Hazel comes out after desert! 10/10.

Truly an amazing experience for our group. The proprietor has an amazing personality - just made this all feel so fun and welcoming. Got some history with amazing music and the food was out of this world. Wonderful small venue in a historic building. Fabulous experience and we feel so lucky to have had this experience. Definitely an experience not just a meal.

I celebrated my 40th birthday with Gregory (and my husband) and it will truly be a special life moment I won’t forget!

Gregory is such a caring, creative and considerate chef. He greets his shrimp farmer at 4am the day of our boil to collect what he deems ideal. He cares about who he collaborates with on the farming front. He puts so much love into his cooking it is EVIDENT from the moment you walk into the historical establishment. You can SMELL the history, passion and true care that has gone into this meal.

Each tasting built upon the one prior. With each, my husband and I were emphatic that we enjoyed the new one more. But he wowed me with maque choux. Absolutely took me to a memory or a PAST LIFE it was so intensely flavorful.

BYOB and build a memory together. It is a truly wonderful experience to be in Gregory’s orbit. We hope to return again for the Tennessee Williams festival and maybe catch him in NYC one day!!
