Food looks good , I've followed on Instagram for awhile. Drove by the location on Newton st, I would not stop or go in just based off the area. They have an abandoned house next door and people are always loitering. Not welcoming at all. Not their fault, unfortunate that people choose to loiter.

If I could give 50 stars I would. Today, Mk Creations knocked it out of the park we ordered 2 lamb chop plates came with two sides, greens and loaded potatoes. We added seafood fries and for dessert glazed beignets. Hands down the best food you will eat in New Orleans. Presentation was amazing even with it being in a to go box, everything was super hot, well seasoned and the glazed beignets were literally the icing on top. This meal was delicious from start to finish.

Social media/online pictures of the food look NOTHING like the actual food. Online menu is not the same as the menu at the location. Workers were preparing food in the dark, but maybe that was by choice. Water was dripping from the ceiling inside the building right beside the guy that was taking orders. I ordered catfish but it looked more like a white fish instead of catfish but it was good. The greens was trash ๐ old. The mac & cheese noodles had hard spots. Credit card machine was down so only cash or cash app etc... was accepted .. location is in the hood

I must say Iโm in love with New Orleans the hospitality is top-tier. The owner is so pleasant and lovely. The food is made to order and freshly cooked. I must say that salmon was delicious candy yams, macaroni and cheese OMG I will be back from Mardi Gras week. Trust me this is my first stop. See you soon ๐ธ๐พ
