Very good place. The pita bread was a bit hard today. Usually it is softer. The chicken schwarma was great. The red lentil soup was too salty. Excellent service. Nice people.

Had dinner 3/16/24, and ate outside. Food was excellent, good portions and an very reasonable prices. Service was laid back and good. Clean establishment. they do not serve any alcohol, however they allow you o bring your own beer and wine, without a corkage fee.I only gave 4 stars, people are allowed to bring their dogs. I love dogs, but try sitting down to eat and a big one does his business next to you. Not here, but it could happen. Also, people were allowed to smoke in the outside area.I would recommend and return, but most likely sit inside.

Took the kid there for birthday lunch, food was great and all. Then this, hate to say it the non English speaking employee comes over and takes my kids plate and drops it on mine and looks at me like I’m an idiot. We waited a good 5 minutes or so after we were done for the waitress to come and bring us boxes. But she never came.She finally comes over with 2 boxes after the situation happened and acted like “Oopsie”…Was really looking forward to the leftovers and so was my daughter. It just should’ve never happened if the waitress was attentive. No idea why the non English speaking employee even came over to us.Not even an apology from anyone, they didn’t even have a manager on duty. Pretty sad….

I had lunch at Mona’s cafe today. I ordered Lamb and beef kebab. When I receive my food, lamb and beef kebab was sour and The taste Felt very old and had smell As well. I had to order chicken plate instead and my chicken plate was amazing. My server was excellent great customer service, hard-working, young lady. But when she asked The owner How to charge for Canceled food. The owner of the restaurant charge me for food, which I didn’t eat. I was a regular customer for 11 years, and I was disappointed very much disappointed.

Much better flavor and quality of dishes than Phonecia's, Byblos, and Kabob House, except for their taboule (I prefer a more citrus/lemony taste). They had pine nuts in their lebonese tea, while most others do not? Menu has more variety than other Med. restaurants. I typically don't like babaganoush or lebne, but I do like theirs!
We always know the food is going to be the same high standard as always. And the people there are so friendly.

This is one of the best Lebanese Restaurants in the USA. I have traveled all over the US and I can never find a Lebanese restaurant as good. Even in Paris the Lebanese was not as good.Also Thanks to Nina for always being the best staff member at Mona’s. She has always been hospitable and kind. Always has a smile!The grocery store is niche! You can find Mediterranean products that no other store in the city sells!
