My son and I had the absolute pleasure of eating supper at the Mosquito supper Club last night. We drove from Pensacola Florida and it was so absolutely divine. I am originally from Mississippi and my entire life I have eaten gulf coast seafood. Best gumbo, ceviche was amazing, crabs claws yum. Tomato and cucumber salad with croutons. Learned about the Mosquito Supper Club when, after Hurricane Ida devastated Terrebonne Parish, Ms. Martin started a fun raiser to help the people in Terrebonne Parish that make a living supplying local seafood to the community and beyond. I purchased her first cookbook for myself and family. And finally, last Friday night, June 21, I made it to the Supper Club.
