Absolutely a great time!!!The ambiance was casual and welcoming. The pianos took song requests and played them fast. Amazing talent and audience interaction. The best for me was that the bar tender (I wish I remembered his name) saw that my mom and I were uncomfortable with another patron and how he was acting towards us. He noticed immediately, handled the incident very inconspicuously, and really made us feel so safe. And he served good drinks and was super nice and friendly - as was everyone there. We had a blast and appreciate him and his actions so much!!!

Stopped in here during Mardis Gras night for some music and ordered a few drinks. While we were there we realized we needed to drink some water and I went up to ask for two glasses of water and was told water was $3 per cup. I was flabbergasted and we left. Charging to keep paying customers hydrated during a big drinking holiday is just unjustifiable to me.

Rude and probably lracist. Literally took one step in and had the bouncer or whoever in my face saying my sister and I had to buy something to use the bathroom. You didn’t have to shout at us, you didn’t have to be rude, you didn’t have to act like we were teenagers that shouldn’t have been there. There’s a way you speak to people and that wasn’t it.You didn’t do that to anyone else and pinpointed the only two black people that walked in. I’ve never had this experience in New Orleans before so thanks for that.

Heard great music and Walked in from the street, then discovered it had two pianos. Great music and atmosphere and took most requests (no steel panther)for a fee.

We stopped at this bar as we were walking down Bourbon St. We heard the pianist playing and decided to check it out. After 1 drink and a few rounds of music, my mom and I went to the bathroom, which is located outside by a little courtyard. My mom was not feeling well as it was super hot out and sat at a table in the courtyard with her head down. Within less than a minute, the "manager" (Jim or Jon) stromed into the courtyard and kicked us out stating "this place is not for sleeping." I told him she wasn't sleeping and told him we'd leave if he'd allow us a minute to grab our group (which was still inside) and our bags that we're inside at the bar. Well, this power-hungry maniac decided to continue yelling at us and threatened us with the cops if we did not leave. He went and grabbed his bouncer, who was actually very sweet and helpful in de-escalating the situation and calming down this "manager" who continued to storm around, screaming at us to leave. The "manager" (who was at least 170-200lbs) physically used his body to push me out of the courtyard, where I had to remind him to keep his distance and not touch me. I am a very petite individual (5'1 and about 100lbs) and this man felt the need to physically remove me from the premises because my mother was sitting in the courtyard with her head in the table...? Sir, maybe remove your tables from the courtyard if you don't want people sitting there. This location was pleasant, but the manager completely ruined the experience. If this is the way he "manages" a business the owners may want to look into hiring a manager who isn't on a power trip, taking his rage out on 2 women sitting in the courtyard.

Great bar with live music. 1 drink minimum and you get to hear some great music. There's a $40 stage fee if you want to play or sing with the band which we paid and it allowed me to get on stage and play the piano. Pricey but Cool experience. Definitely the highlight of my trip to NOLA. Yours truly on the piano.

Enjoyed the atmosphere of a small bar with live music. The musicians play a range of instruments, mainly piano but also guitar and drums. We enjoyed it so much that this was our go to bar during our week in NOLA.

Food was very average. Service was good overall, but the waitress spilled two bites of my creole on the table when she served it and just wiped it up! I really wanted those bites as the plate wasn't that big, but when I tasted the creole I didn't want any more - way too salty. The bread pudding, however, was amazing!

Dueling piano players with a drummer, kind of entertaining
