The Drinklab class was phenomenal! Perfect for our girls trip! The drinks were amazing and the best part was we made them from start to finish! I can’t wait to come back for another class!
We participated in the New Orleans Drink Lab Makings of Mixology class. It was a fun time with lots of history of 3 classic New Orleans drinks (Sazerac, French 75, Hurricane) and how to make them. The different techniques for making drinks were explained and how the use of fresh ingredients can take a cocktail from good to great. If you’re interested in mixology, whether beginner or experienced, this is a great class.
