I told the baristas what I like in a coffee, and they all recommended the iced lavender chai. I’m not usually the biggest fan of lavender, but this coffee is amazing! It’s subtle but sweet and still tastes like coffee- perfect. The staff was friendly, the shop is so cute, and the coffee is great!

Just reopened better than ever with a new owner and staff that are super friendly and accommodating. Great prices compared to the genocide loving Starbucks down the street. Support local businesses = supporting your neighbors! I would definitely recommend their seasonal beverages, or try one of their sandwiches, they're all really good and made fresh in house. Invite your friends, read a book, get some work done, or just treat yourself.

Good food and good drinks in a good atmosphere. The energy is great! With every sense, it feels how you want a neighborhood cafe to feel. I'm not a big coffee person and they have plenty of other options! I've had a few breakfast and lunch sandwiches now and they've all been tasty, especially the Argonne sandwich. The ingredients taste fresh and everything was pretty customizable. The staff is really great too, very warm and friendly and my drinks and food were ready quickly even during a rush. The new owner was an employee for years and it shows how well she knows the place and the ways she's building in her own touches. As a bigger person with some knee issues, I particularly appreciated the variety of seating options. Overall just a nice place with nice tasty treats. :)Parking: Parking is tricky, that's the only downside. But well worth it!

If you want to sip on your coffee in a very sweet, comfortable environment, this place is for you!! The cafe has an immediate, immersive smell of freshly brewed morning coffee ready to be enjoyed and what more could you ask for when entering a coffee shop ?. The new owner Allison is so sweet and cares about each and every customer, what a wonderful person to have as the new owner. I am not much of a coffee drinker but I have craved black espresso recently. And if I order a latte cause I don’t want such a strong coffee taste, you can’t even tell how strong it is, it’s more of a sweet treat and I love it!! I highly recommend Nola Bean for your Lakeview coffee experience!!
