Although we didn’t get snowballs in particular, the food was not satisfactory at all! Swamp fries were horrible as was the quesadillas and egg rolls. Fries were soggy with a ton of nasty cheese and bits of shrimp and crawfish here and there. Your business is your name and that’s why I would want my business top tier because it’s representing me! No less than the best! Y’all folks in the N.O. need to stop getting over with less than impressive food that’s far from Cajun creole. Tourists don’t know any better but us locals, we’re going in!Parking: Parking is either in a tow away zone or at your own risk/discretion. The side street was flooded over so we couldn’t even park there.

If you're closing you should lock your door you should not blame a customer. Especially one who has spent over $100 just this week in snowballs. Not so much even the fact that the door was not locked when you were closed, but that you blamed me for coming in when closed. And you then added"And you didn't even close the door when you came in" . (If the door doesn't closed when a customer comes in and it's clearly something you are aware of.... How about you fix the door)Then You said" we are completely sold out of everything."But then you looked over and realize the snowball machine door was open and there was still ice in the snowball machine ...you then said I can get "them " to make you a snowball. It was more about being rude to customers that had spent over $100 that week.Times two because I never come alone. And live only one block away .It just became too much and was very rude!

The Snowballs were so good! We had the OG Strawberry Cheesecake & Gentilly Cake (Awesomeness in a cup). The vibe was all that... And service was quick and friendly.

The snow balls were good, but the place didn't have enough lighting. We wanted to order food but we just couldn't stay, the place had flies everywhere and it was kinda of dark. It was somewhat disappointing, since me and my family planned on eating there, we just took the snowballs and left after sitting there for about 5 minutes.

Average overpriced snowballs . Owner has a nasty attitude . Got in line to order we weren’t greeted , however we were told they were out of flower cups and she didn’t have enough money in the drawer to give me my change. Asked for my ice cream on the bottom of my snowball when it was wrong and I complained I got told “ most people don’t complain they just take the snowball “. Then proceeded to sit the change on the counter that she owed me and walked away. Definitely won’t be returning and will be telling others not to go. Try hansens on tchoupitoulas for a better experience.Edit: I see you responded to me and I can tell you your business won’t last long at all. I see how many people say you have a terrible attitude because it’s true. You lack customer service skills and compassion for someone who is relying on the money of others to run her funky business. I’m sure you treat the celebrities amazing but us regular people are where your business lies. Fix your attitude before you get it handed back to you ESPECIALLY in your location in THIS city. Do better girl.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place. The employees are RUDE and had an attitude. The other employee didn't wash his hands when making a snowball touching the fruits with his bare hands. I will Never go Back to this place.

Went on a slow day.Wanted a rainbow one but she didn’t have anymore gummies as much I should say. So I got a regular - which I felt was fairly priced. Juicy, tasted good. & then crawfish nachos. The cheese was A1. It was good. 10/10 service.

The owner is sooo SWEET ? I dropped in and they weren’t open yet. She still whipped me up something good for me and we talked about #SweetThangsNola coming to McComb, MSI’ll be back again!… during business hours ?

I heard about this paces from a friend it was hard to catch her open the few days we were in town, but when we finally got to catch her it was a good vibe the food was amazing I had the lamp chops and mashed potatoes the owner greeted us and had great conversation I only gave 4 stars due to the 18% gratuity it leaves no room to give your own tip in my opinion.... But I would definitely recommend if you're in town

I absolutely loved it here. The music was a bit loud but that's a personal problem so just a heads up. The owner made us special mac and cheese because we couldn't have the crawfish. The snowballs are good! The lamb chops are to die for. It's a great vibe. Great food. It's just hard to catch her actually open.
