Bad. I placed an order with them an messed up my whole order. They are getting overs . I paid for lemon filling and I didn't even get it in my cake. Then they wanted me to paid more for something they employe did. It's not my fault your employe doesn't know how to count. Maybe she shouldn't be dealing with and money or taken orders that's how you lose money and customers because of BAD customer service. I have proof of alm my paperwork. this is a mess and nightmare I hope no one else experience what I experience especially if you paying with food stamps they will get over on you and take all your stamps like they tried to do me but I stopped it because I'm not no dummy or no fool not my fault your people don't know how to count trying to get extra money out me because her employee messed up that ain't got nothing to do with me you need to train your people. Trying to fill up employees but some of them don't know how to count. Then on top of that the lady that makes the case which is the mama try to sit up here and try to fuss with me over something that her employee did you can't fuss with me because your employee wrote the wrong amount on my receipt I'm going by with your employer you wrote on my receipt and then why ask me to put up more money and no I'm not so I cancel my whole treat order then she messed up on my cake like I asked for filling I paid for filling why I didn't get filing. They be lying about filling too make sure when y'all get your cake and that filling is not in there .y'all going to thank me in the long run I just hope that it don't ever happen to nobody else like they did me. If you're not paying cash sit down they going to mess over the ones with food stamps if you paying cake you might get away with something you okay it's going to be phenomenal. The food stamp people if y'all playing with food stamps make sure y'all check your cake don't let them get over on y'all I'm telling y'all. I have two photos up here as you can tell when I cut through the cake it has no lemon filling I have my receipt that says lemon filling. I PAID FOR FILLING THAT I DIDN'T GET. THEY EVEN WROTE LEMON ON MY TICKET AND I STILL DIDN'T GET THE LEMON.SO WE WILL LEAVE IT AT THAT. AND I WILL BE GOING TO SOMEONE ELSE MY OLD CAKE LADY WHERE I BEEN GOING TOO. EVERY WAS PERFECT WITH HER'S. AGAIN READING IS FUNDAMENTAL I WILL LEAVE IT AT THAT.

Amzing customer service. Been a customer for 15 years and recipe always stayed consistent. Cake always moist and designs always what I ask for. Owner is super sweet. Love dealing with her. Love my cake as well. Cake was so good not a crumb was left per usual❤️❤️
