Won’t be going back to this location . I always go to Harvey location but I tried this one since it was closer to my church . Never again .. these weren’t fresh at all .. I brought a dozen of mini cakes .. they were dry and not soft at all . And the person who put the icing in the cakes rushed it an had most of them lopsided which I didn’t notice until I got to the party . Very disappointed. I’m more upset they were dry .. I never had a issue with this company but this time was a disappointment..my husband and a few ppl at the party agreed

I’ve had products from this location on numerous occasions. Quality is always top-notch. I’ve been in the store to pick up.also. Staff is always courteous and professional. I love the Nothing Bundt Cakes offerings and the Prytania Street store. Highly recommend!!

Don’t recommend - this particular location at least (as evidenced by the many similar recent reviews). Evidently they were out of what I had pre-ordered (24 hours in advance), so instead of notifying me or not letting me order it, they just filled my box with whatever random stale cakes they had left in the back, sealed the box up with tape all around so I didn’t verify, and sent me on my way without one word.

WOW!!!!!!!! Today I had Nothing But Bundt Cakes deliver a beautiful red velvet Bundt cake and an assortment of mini Bundt cupcakes to my daughter who is attending a conference in New Orleans. I could never imagined that I would have such an extraordinary experience like this from a business establishment outside of my own neighborhood!L Lorraine Lanzilotta is such an amazing person to deal with. Her kindness, professionalism, helpfulness and beyond outstanding customer service offered gave me chills! This employee treated me as if we had been friends for many years! She made the entire process so much fun and personalized my order knowing how much the recipient (my daughter) would just LOVE her baked goods. Lorraine’s interpersonal skills and attention to detail are like no one else’s . I sent the most creative and charming cake and cupcakes to Nikki for a special celebration…and not only did she ensure it was artistically designed and personalized to perfection, but she also wrapped it in cellophane and attached a gorgeous notecard. My girl received it less than an hour from when I placed the order and was blown away by the presentation. Nothing But Bundt Cakes earned my business today and certainly deserves to earn yours. FUN FACT:Coming in March this franchise will be opening up in my neighborhood. ANOTHER FUN FACT:Lorraine Lanzilotta is as sweet as the cakes that she sells at the bakery; MAKE SOMEONE’S DAY AND HAVE ONE DELIVERED TODAY!
