Stopped here while my daughter had her weekly ballet class last week - I like to find and support different local businesses every week. This place is in a cute spot, but that’s about where the whimsical ends with this place. When you walk inside, it’s very bare. Nobody was there to greet me, but a woman came out on her phone speaking very loudly and she served me the whole time she was on the phone. Other than that she wasn’t like outright mean to me, but that is pretty awful customer service. I went to sit outside to enjoy the weather, and I tried to find a napkin and there was nothing anywhere and the lady had already disappeared to the back. No plates, napkins, forks, anything anywhere in sight. The fruit tart was delicious I must say, but the cream puffs were just alright and at $5 a pop, they should be making me sing with each bite and that was just not the case. Over all, I might come back here to get a fruit tart to go, but honestly id probably just go to la Madeline because they’re just as good and they have better customer service. I probably wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend unless they made the inside more inviting.

Horrible customer service. The lady was very rude. I ordered a toasted croissant. She threw it on the microwave for a couple of seconds. On display was 5.50. She charged me around 7. It is not about the money. It is about the principal. When I brought it to her attention, she said that the price on display was wrong and she doesn’t know who wrote that price. The minimum for card is $15 but there was no sign stating that.

Cake was delicious, but way overpriced for the area. Lady behind the counter was rude when I was paying. Like, really rude and disrespectful. Making the cake less tasty as she soured the expirence.
Won't be going back and will make sure my family finds another bakery in town. For a $77 cake, I would have expected a bit more of kindness.

The price advertised behind the case was not what I was charged. When I confronted the employee, they said, “You should have asked how much it was.”

I will not be going back here.

The service was horrendous. I didn’t feel welcome. The person was on the phone the whole time. I asked questions about the items but was not getting any helpful answers. The pastries in the display case looked dry cracked and old. The little store area was not very cute. Lastly, the cakes were tasteless and most of the items were just not good and not worth the money. The fruit tart was the stand out, very good. I love sweets and this place was on my list to try because of the reviews so I went on my birthday.

Famous Almond Cookies.

Classic with a little crisp!

Thankfully they didn’t run out before we came but it would be a good idea to call ahead.

We stopped into O’Delice French Bakery for a snack. The atmosphere is very neat and fun, similar to a French Bakery. The nice lady behind the counter explained which pastries contained tree nuts. The lemon tart was delicious and we were very pleased with our choice.

Went here and didn’t get greeted when we walked in. We asked for a chocolate cake that was marked as $52 and ended up being $74 somehow. On top of that the lady was on her phone with headphones on the whole time and didn’t have the decency to talk to costumers that were giving her service.

Excellent baked goods in a no-frills shop. Our favorite place to get birthday cakes and (seasonal) king cake!

It was a Sunday and was in a dire need for a cake. The cake wasn’t what I was expected. The price stated that it was 49.99 but she charged me $70 because she said that everything went up. Yes but everything went back down. The cake definitely wasn’t worth the $70 bucks. I will never go back.

Drove from over an hour away to try what people say are some of the best desserts out there only to get there and find them closed over an hour, maybe more, before their scheduled time. Was very disappointed. Times are hard and gas isn’t cheap! Did not appreciate this at all!
