The service was horrendous. I didn’t feel welcome. The person was on the phone the whole time. I asked questions about the items but was not getting any helpful answers. The pastries in the display case looked dry cracked and old. The little store area was not very cute. We stopped into O’Delice French Bakery for a snack. The atmosphere is very neat and fun, similar to a French Bakery. The nice lady behind the counter explained which pastries contained tree nuts. The lemon tart was delicious and we were very pleased with our choice.

They make a great king cake. It has a traditional feel, but fresher and better than most traditional spots. The dough reminded me of a Hawaiian roll and the cream cheese was sweet. It was delicate and basic and perfect. It is more expensive than I want it to be, but I could say that about every business on Magazine street. I got the cream cheese and almost everyone at my party asked me to text them the name of the bakery.
