They were just on Inside Edition being called out for serving imported shrimp and advertising them as Gulf shrimp, which is a crime in Louisiana. These people charge $17 for BBQ shrimp by advertising imported shrimp as Gulf shrimp. They're a scam, I'd stay away from eating in the FQ in general, but def stay away from this place, they could've just been honest, but you're on the Gulf, Gulf shrimp is cheaper here than the imported stuff...sad.

Food was AMAZING! We got the Taste of New Orleans, the flavor was there and was 10/10. Atmosphere was amazing & was close to canal st, so wasn’t to deep into bourbon. Yet, the young man with curly hair that we thought to be our server.. Told us he was only training!! He did a phenomenal job making sure we had everything we needed. Our waiter was friendly as well, definitely recommending this place!

The atmosphere was great, lots of families and couples talking and having a good time. The food was superb! My wife had the crab cakes and they were amazing. The seafood gumbo was definitely the star though. So rich and flavorful! I’d definitely go back, despite the server not being great. This was a lady, probably around 50. After dropping off our food, we didn’t see her again until she brought our ticket. So, drinks were empty. But, don’t let that keep you from going. The food is worth it!
Great food, I mean 🤌🏽 delicious. Really great service. They even let you bring in outside drinks!! So just finish up once you get in there. The Long Island ice Tea 🍹was sooo good. Atmosphere was solid, low volume, background music was not so loud you had to shout, like in other places. You could actually have nice conversations and enjoy your meal.

We had seafood gumbo, oysters on the half shell, blackened fish, fried shrimp buffalo style, cajun jambalaya pasta, and fried fish. Our server was amazing. She was friendly and attentive despite being incredibly busy. She made our dining experience even better. I highly recommend this place for families especially on Bourbon street as we were with our teens and I saw a number of other families wirh very young children. Prices are comparable to everywhere else. We would definitely eat here again the next time we're in New Orleans.
