I’ve been eating from the owner since before the business was morphed into a food truck and I can’t say enough about how good it is. The food is always fresh and consistent. In a city filled with great food, this stands out as clearly one of the best food options and it just so happens to be vegan.

After a kayak swamp lands tour we had a restaurant that was 100 feet away. When we got there, they were not serving food that night. Their loss. We did a quick search for vegan food and Original Thought was the first option. We ordered a ride share and went to the location. Please their website which will help you get there. It is a food truck in a parking lot, worth it. We were the only ones there and had a great experience. The two staff were amazing and deserve your support. The food was fun, delicious, tasty, and all vegan (plant-based). If you do not eat vegan food and say,”pass.” You are missing out. I highly recommend Original Thought.

This has to be by far THE BEST vegan food I have had so far and I have had alot. The jackfruit burger and the wings are absolutely amazing. I order through uber and everything was absolutely outstanding. Thus will now be my goto place for food! Thank you so much for thinking of me!!!

So many options, all of them vegan and delicious. It's a mushroom but it really is better than Popeyes! and no chickens were harmed in the process. Now there ARE some chickens running around the parking lot, but they must know they're safe among the vegans ? They play great music while you wait and there's plenty of parking. They also have supplements and they seem to really care about the health of their customers. Good folks.

I had a good lunch. I also got a quesadilla, fried cauliflower, hibiscus tea, and a pulled bbq jackfruit sandwich. Everything was delicious and freshly made to order. The dinner was praised by all of the other guests that were present! This is the greatest local vegan restaurant that we have tried. The staff was really welcoming. We're absolutely coming back.
