Website and Google say it's open. It was closed. I went there for nothing. Not the first time. If you're closed, at least post it somewhere. OpenTable, your dang answering machine. False advertising to say you're open when you're not. Nothing around there either so I had to walk 5 blocks to get something to eat.

Really good food! It has a nice vibe that is inviting. It was funny the stove was having problems, so we got some chips and margs out of it.Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian but a friend is and she was able to order a nice meal

It wasn't great. The service was not great (common these days), our food took forever, the menu is limited if you actually want to eat and not just drink, pretty overpriced. The $70 taco platter is the best value, but it's $70! Tacos should not be $6-7/each. The atmosphere was nice, but overall not worth the trip.

I am not even exaggerating when I say that I had the best meal of my entire life here. We were down in New Orleans for my 30th and we ate here. The tacos I had… nothing even compares to how amazing they were. The restaurant was beautiful and the staff really nice. I’m telling you, go try their tacos. It will change your life.
We got in without a wait. Food was decent. The Chilaquiles were very spicy. Too spicy to enjoy. The shrimp and grits were good. There was only one waiter, which slowed things down.

The drinks were tasty and pretty! I'm huge ceviche fan and was impressed with theirs. I really liked the added crab claws. They're a little pricey but the food was up to par and so was the ambiance. Our waitress was great and the manager checked on us to make sure our experience was going well.

Our server was awesome. The restaurant had a really nice vibe. Our cocktails were awesome as were the appetizers. The main dishes were good. Overall a good experience. I will definitely return!

I've been to Otra Vez a handful of times. I always enjoy the environment; good music and aesthetically pleasing. The food is always so delicious. I've been for brunch, lunch time and dinner. Consistent food taste. The only thing that is consistently not great is service. The last few times I've been I've had the same server and she is not at all pleasant. From the initial greeting to the closing out, she never seems to want to be there. The first server I had was so nice but she's never there anymore so she might not work there. The bartenders appear to be nice so maybe I will just sit at the bar next time.

The place is beautiful and the food is pretty good. Service is not very good not because they do not try but because few of them running around. For this level of restaurant should have a more professional staff. Overall pleasant experience.
We had such a great experience. Our server, Olivia, was fantastic, the food was fantastic and the atmosphere was so fun. I will definitely be returning. Also, the manager was great too.

We were seated by a very polite host for a 10am reservation, received water and was then ignored for over 30 minutes while tables around us received service. As a result of this, we left the restaurant.

Great ambiance and wonderful friendly service from everyone! The food is excellent.... I was a bit disappointed they were out of mushrooms (so non meat options were limited) and I wish there was a less hot salsa option, but the salad, guacamole, chips were perfect. My husband said it was one of the best steaks he has had. We will definitely return.

Otra vez more like never again hands down the worst mexican food ever. If u like $7.00 tacos that are greasier then the grease trap they collect ??stay away if you like real Mexican food or just don't like to swim in grease
