I really Wanted to love this cause it sounded like the best “worst” meal for your hangover or cheat days. Sadly, it was terrible. There is zero flavor on the Mac, everything is soggy. The chicken looks like it been cooked 5 times just hard as a rock. And the PB & J sandwich is down right inedible, it’s just a greasy mess

It was disgusting. Ordered 2 bowls tonight. The food looked so old and cheap. No flavor and just gross.
This may be specific to my Packed Bowls in Virginia Beach (VB), VA on Atlantic Avenue. However, I have ordered food on three separate occasions from them through Door Dash. I did not receive any food on any occasion I ordered. If you search “Packed Bowls” on Door Dash in the VB area, two locations populate. The actual store on Atlantic Avenue and another address associated to a barber shop on South Independence Boulevard. We only have one store, I think most of the target audience (outside of Spring Break, College Week, etc.) lives near, or around, the Town Center area of VB, not the Oceanfront area of VB. But we cannot order it from that one because it is too far. I will order in person to provide an update but I thought I’d make aware the two conflicting locations to the main page for their personal follow-up.

Delicious!!! Seriously, one of the best delivery places! So delicious! Only recommendation: Ease up on the jalapeños. They should accentuate the bowl, not overpower it.
