Rice was overcooked and super small pieces of shrimp, but flavor wasn’t bad. Receptionist was really sweet.

If you’re looking for a good place to eat during this awful heat outside, GO HERE. This place was amazing. It had amazing air conditioning inside, enough seats for every person that came in to eat, and the food was amazing. The lady was very kind and the food price was amazing for how good the food is. I got the sweet and sour chicken, egg roll, and noodles and they were DELICIOUS. That whole meal, including a drink, was $11. That’s an amazing price considering now a days most good restaurants charge $20-$30 a person. They had many other menu options as well. The ones I saw were spicy chicken, honey chicken, sweet and sour chicken, sweet and sour shrimp, rice, and a lot more.I’m definitely glad I picked this place for dinner and I hope whenever I travel to New Orleans again in the future that I get to go here again.

Excellent service and excellent Chinese takeaway food. The lady at the counter was understanding of my dietary needs and made sure I was able to eat the ingredients in the dish. She had a really lovely attitude and the food was wonderful. I had a kung pao chicken and my wife had a grilled fish. 5/5 would recommend!

The people who work here are super nice. I bought a little thing of pineapple and some string cheese as a snack to eat before a movie and the woman who helped me was so friendly.

Great service, great staff, absolutely the worst Chinese food. I had Mongolian chicken. Words cannot describe how bad it was. Egg roll was burnt. Good thing is it was hot so I'm not suspecting that I'll get any kind of poisoning.

Pepto-Bismol. Took about 10 minutes for me to realize I NEEDED the nearest restroom. I spent 20 minutes clearing my bowels in the worst way! I was going to give my leftovers to the next vagrant I found because I have a small appetite. I very quickly decided against that because I could not knowingly give somebody food that is not safe for consumption. When are restaurants gonna be held accountable for making people sick and missing work. Can I sue for that?

Reasonably priced and delicious Chinese foodObviously it is a basic restaurant but it's good!

I went in with very low expectations but I was craving Chinese food. The woman working here was extremely nice. They had a large bin of vegetable lo mein made up. I got a large order of lo mein and a side of wontons with homemade sweet and sour sauce. It was $5. The cheapest meal I've ever had in this city, which tends to be prohibitively expensive where food is concerned. It was good! It was really good. What more is there to say?

The sauce is a lot more watery than at other Chinese joints (which means they must not use as much corn starch for thickening) but the value is superb. For $7-$8 a combo you get an entree and two sides. For the sides you can choose between fried rice, lo mein, and potatoes, and an egg roll. What’s amazing about this place is that the entrees are all made to order, so there is a bit of a wait but everything comes out steaming hot and fresh! Not to mention, the lady at the front is very generous with the portions. An awesome value for tourists and locals alike, though I’d probably recommend this more for locals. You definitely won’t go hungry here.

Beef and broccoli was watery. Egg rolls were burnt. Honey chicken... you tasted more bread than meat

Don't be fooled during COVID by the empty bins at their food counter. We were looking for honey chicken and didn't see any. These folks are doing it right. SO RIGHT. Thanks to this dreaded illness that has restaurants hurting so badly, they aren't cooking in bulk and in advance, but are cooking fresh food to order. I was so happy to know we could get what we wanted and it was good. It was hot. It was fresh. Excellent find.
