To high priced

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the Panera Bread located inside the Lavin-Bernick Center (LBC) on Tulane's campus. This is a must-try if you want the worst of everything: terrible service, long wait times, overpriced food, and food poisoning. Unfortunately, this is the only non-Sodexo option for most Tulane students on meal plans are forced to dine here, but it is truly the worst (alongside all the other food options available in the LBC). I have received more incorrect orders than I can count, and they have never been apologetic about forgetting an item/giving you the wrong thing. The final straw was when there was literally a live fly in my salad, and one of the employees accused me of planting it in there. For what? So I waste my breath asking them to re-do my salad? Bottom line: unless you're a Tulane student desperate to get away from on-campus food, don't bother. Seriously.

Located in the LBC food court on the Tulane University Campus. The line is usually long during peak breakfast and lunch hours so I use the app to order! There is a shelf towards the front of the food court for contact-less pickup. You can place an order for a designated time up to two weeks in advance! Sit down dining is available and they sanitize between guests. Since this is on a college campus, it can be quite busy at times with lots of students. There have been times where my order was not ready on time but the food is consistent with other Panera locations.

Had delivered. Bread not wrapped up and thrown in bag loosely. French onion soup was not good, no taste and barely any cheese. Sandwich was thrown together any sort of way.

Coffee subscription is good, but the manager on weekends is rude. Came in today and the manager, for no reason other than me picking up my coffee at the register instead of the pick up line (it was delayed a half hour so decided to go to the regular line instead), decided that because her staff was on their phones, she’d take it out on me. I’m just here for coffee.

The food and coffee are okay, nothing special. The pickup orders are delayed by at least 10-15 mins in the morning but are prompt later in the day.

My order was all wrong, and when I called to let them know, I couldn't because they won't answer the phone!

don't mean to be a karen but ordered a turkey avocado BLT, received ham instead of turkey. called because i can't eat ham and the cashier was very sweet and helpful. i get there and she goes to hand me the bag before a rude employee says it's not mine and then asks if i'm waiting for an order. stated again i just called and the lady said my sandwich was ready whenever i got there. very rudely snatches the bag and gives me a rudest look. went all the way back to my dorm and received the wrong meat AGAIN. not sure if the person just doesn't know what certain meat looks like but knowing how to create the popular sandwich should be known. usually this place is ALWAYS slow but i don't mind. received this sandwich a few times missing either avocado, bacon, etc but two times back to back to mess up the meat is kind of rough. yikes

Waiting 10 mins for black coffee

I had the turkey avocado sandwich with a dmall portion of mac and cheese. The mac was creamy and scrumptious and the avocado/turkey sandwich was so good it belied its healthfulness. My son had turkey chili (on a cold night) and said it was really very tasty and a warm welcome dish. My wife always has a half grilled cheese and greek salad - she said it was delicious as always. We frequently eat at Panera and recommend it for light tasty meals.

If your only options are eating at panera, starving, or cutting off and eating your own arm, I would consider either alternative before going here.

Always busy, so there is an understandable wait. But the last 4 times I've gone I've had to wait 20 minutes for a toasted bagel while other, more complicated orders placed after me come out. Overpriced and bad service.

I don't even know where to begin. They don't have all the items Panera sells. They seem to hire students from the school (Tulane) to work there but they don't care one bit. I walked into the line with no one in front and they didn't acknowledge me. One did but then quickly went back to talking to the other about the Panera bread computer system. I stood for about 2 minutes before asking if I could order. While ordering I mentioned no baguette I wanted to exchange for chips. Once I got my bag they gave us the wrong soup and also gave the baguette not the chips as requested. They didn't seem to listen or care about their job.

If I wanted crappy service I would've just gone over to my ex's house but man this place definitely took the whole damn cake. I'd rather just lose my money and not even bother going back because the experience was just bad. The cashier, Travis, was definitely selective with his friendly service. I was catching the end of their summer shift and it was intriguing to see his interactions. He offered everyone before and after me while I was there a free dessert and didn't offer. Not that I need a dessert by any means but it's awkward as hell seeing the attitude adjustment based on his likings. His attitude was meh towards me, not insightful, clearly didn't listen to what I wanted on my sandwich. Typical teenage angst to be honest. My sandwich was made completely wrong and I can't even eat it because it was placed on cranberry walnut bread and I don't feel like dying today. I also only wanted it to be roasted turkey, apple, and cheddar, no other fixings. They decided else wise for me.
