The app stated that the pizzas were ready, but when I went to pick them up, apparently some pizzas had to be remade, which wasn't done until after I arrived. The cashiers were quick in fixing the issue though.

The boneless wings were of very low quality and clearly weren't tossed in Buffalo sauce; someone just lazily drizzled a little on top. Additionally, there was no ranch included, even though I paid for it.

Delivery order was on time, hot, and delicious! I called to check on it as the pizza tracker marked it delivered before I received it. The person on the phone was very kind and let me know it was on the way :) thanks Papa John’s!
Your pizza used to be so good and now it is so terrible. I don’t understand why. Your pizza is always so dry and it’s like a big circular breadstick. All it takes is some more sauce and some more cheese and you could actually have a decent pizza. My 12-year-old just made deviled eggs and it was way better than a pizza that you all just delivered. This is not a one off thing. I’ve been wanting to express this for a couple of years now.

After waiting 45 minutes and then another 15 outside of my apartment the delivery driver showed up without my order. They made me wait an hour for nothing. And the $40 has yet to be refunded to my bank account

We ordered a large Nee York style pizza and it was the worst experience with ordering pizza from anywhere. The cost for the one pizza was $45 and there was barely any toppings on it at all. Note how bad the reviews have been recently. This will be the last time I order from Papa John’s. Terrible pizza.

Getting told by the supposed “General Manager” to put pants on , when you clearly have athletic shorts on,& an hourly staff member bluntly laughing in your face a after your car gets towed is a level of disrespect & non professionalism on service I thought I’d never experience. To start, the suppose signs they have on there parking lot are barely even legible , and down due to how old they are, no warning given to patrons next door.
The review isn’t due to me being towed, I parked in a wrongful business parking lot (without realizing ) and earners to be told. But being disrespected and body shamed by your “general manager “ AFTER that situation. Disgusting , and disgraceful.
The store owner is lucky I decided not take it to court and sue for discrimination. A different me & not my fiancée begging me not to, i absolutely would have.
I was told by corporate id get a follow up after the situation from the owner, as expected. Never happened.
