This is my first time coming here & Let me tell you the service was great. She called me by Lex after I told her my name was Alexus !!! Hospitality !!! I ordered the Cookie Butter Matcha trying it hot for the first time & Im truly In love !! Will be back 😊

Wanted to try a new brunch spot, and this did not disappoint! Hands down this was probably one of the top two fish and grits entrees I have had in New Orleans or elsewhere! The food was savory and a good portion size. The staff was friendly and the owner and her husband were putting in work! Strawberry lemonade was handmade so an additional plus. Will definitely recommend this to others and be back!

I’ve always passed and wanted to stop. One day I decided to stop in to treat my kids to a little breakfast date and I was very taken back by the young lady’s attitude upon ordering. It was not welcoming nor inviting for a first time customer. I’m really big on customer service and where I spend my money.

This has to be one of my favorite coffee /brunch spots, whether it’s to work or lounge the atmosphere is soo warm and welcoming kinda feels like family . The owners are very professional , the food is amazing and the Best of all It is a BLACKOWNED business!! I will always be back .

Park Island Brew and Coffee House has easily become one of my favorite local spots in New Orleans. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing, cute, quaint, and cozy, with a relaxed vibe that makes it perfect for studying, getting work done, or just unwinding with good coffee and good energy. You can sit inside and enjoy the calm ambiance or take in the breeze outside, either way, it’s a vibe.

The staff here Is phenomenal. Every visit, I’ve been greeted with genuine smiles and great service. You can tell they care about what they do, and it really adds to the experience. Shout out to the owner, she is absolutely amazing and has such great customer service! You can feel her passion and warmth in the way the place runs.

So far, I’ve tried the Croissant with egg, cheese & hot sausage, the Salmon N’ Grits, the Four-Way Latte, and my absolute favorite, The Blossom (Lavender & Rose Oat Milk Latte). Every single thing I’ve had has been delicious and made with care. The Blossom especially stands out, smooth, fragrant, and just the right balance of flavor.

Another thing I love is that they have board games available! It’s such a fun, thoughtful touch that makes you want to slow down, laugh, and really enjoy your time there. Everything about Park Island Brew feels intentional, from the menu to the layout to the warm energy of the staff.

It’s just such a cool, well-thought-out vibe, and I’m absolutely blown away every time I go. As a local, I love having a peaceful place like this to relax, sip something good, and reset. 🌸☕💜

Hidden gem, this place serves the best chai latte I've had in the city. And it's made in house! Friendly staff and vibes.

This is hands down my favorite coffee shop in New Orleans! The vibe is always warm and welcoming, and the staff treats you like family. The food is amazing the fish and grits are my absolute favorite! I find myself craving it on slow mornings or chill afternoons. Perfect spot for relaxing, catching up with friends, or getting a little work done. Shady days and great coffee what more could you ask for?

The food and service were amazing! My boyfriend tried the 4way coffee & Nola bowl. He doesn’t drink coffee so I was impressed that he enjoyed it. I had a White Rose coffee & Avocado bagel. The portions are great for the prices. We’ll be back!

My experience at this coffee shop/restaurant was really good! The staff is nice and welcoming. My matcha was very tasty; one of the best I’ve had so far. It was reasonably priced as well. I got the shrimp & grits and it was delicious! My grits were so good and creamy. I’ll definitely be back to try more things on their menu.
