Poboy not toasted. Gravy nil lettuce shredded. Tomato was 1" Italian Dressing nil. Mayo only dab Gumbo was yellow!! Did not meet definition of gumbo order taker was snarky
The mighty “Trifecta” includes 3 poboys, each 4 inch: fried shrimp, roast beef and meatball. Important to eat these immediately after ordering or when taken to go, or else you lose the amazing crunch. WOW! The fried shrimp came with so many shrimp, all very crispy and fresh. We ended up eating the other 2 about 1 hour later and did not enjoy the others as much. Roast beef was good with generous amount of beef but was kind of oily and heavy. Meatball was good but kind of dry, maybe got less marinara because ours was to go? Huge space at this location, was clean and not busy at all. Now I see why this place has so many locations. Best poboy I’ve had in recent memory.
Straight up authentic po-boys. The gumbo is rolling. The fried oyster is rolling. Only a few places like this left in the city.
We are from Missouri and this place was recommended to us by a lady that worked in the French Market. Great food and great, helpful service, and fast! We had catfish, gumbo, shrimp, hotdog with chili, bread pudding. All was delicious!! Highly recommend
Awesome food we both tried the catfish Po Boy. Fish was fresh!! Now I would have gave 5 stars but that red gold ketchup should have been hunts or Whataburger.
Loving the fried oyster platter with 2 sides! Also like the French fries dressed on the Poboy without gravy!
The restaurant was short-handed so they were closing early and not allowing dine-in service. If I wanted to eat at home, I wouldn't have gone out for dinner. I understand being short-handed, and that's not the restaurant's fault, but why send people out the door with their food? Anyway, the food was good.
Excellent food and excellent service! The crawfish etouffee and onion rings rocked. The kids enjoyed pizza and fried shrimp (and I enjoyed their leftovers). The staff was amazing and super kind to our family. I would highly recommend this spot.
One a many of a local chain, the food is fair. It's an odd combo of poboys, New Orleans plate fare (red beans, etouffee, etc) and pizza. Food was decent enough, but think other poboy places are better.
Absolutely delicious Poboys, I had the 1/2 fried shrimp dressed and 1/2 of a meatball poboy. They were so tasty, meatball was saucy as and yummy stretchy cheese. Shrimp was a super generous serving as pictured. The two cost me $14.50 together would 10/10 recommend

Had a last min meeting at the hospital and needed to get lunch for a large group. I Called in at 10:30 and they had trays of sandwiches ready in 15min. Note this is technically before they are even open. The young man who was the manager did a great job. I had to feed a night shift crew too so I called back and ordered more even. Food was great but the service was what won the business again. I’ll definitely keep using them on large catering orders. Well done!
Parran’s uptown put together a great catering order for our Mardi Gras parade tailgate. The mini mufalettas, gumbo, and chicken were all delicious, and the staff was fantastic. Thanks for making our parade day!
One of the best, if not best roast beef poboy. The aroma was beef. The meat tender slices soaked in gravy. A two napkin experience. The staff is friendly and efficient. Went back yesterday and had a veal parmesan, it was delicious. I will be back now that they are conveniently Uptown. Had a fabulous shrimp poboy. Stuffed with delicious fresh off the boat shrimp!
The food was tasty and take out service was quick! (under 10 min from ordering to carry out)Also, I accidentally left my purse in the restaurant and they held it safely for me until I could pick it up. Thanks to Nancy for helping me out!!
I happened upon Parran's on Prytania St, and now have a go to place in this part of the city. The friendly staff let me take my time to inspect the menu. The Shrimp and Crawfish Diane description looked enticing, and was a gastronomical delight! Very generous portion with a lots of shrimp and crawfish... I left with a full belly. Unlimited refills on carbonated beverages was nice to have also.
