You need to change the recipe for your carbonara, it's horrible. And your meatballs have way too much seasoning in them. Did you drop the entire contents of the oregano in your meatballs? Try less seasoning and more eggs. Will not eat here again.

Makes me sad to see some of the bad reviews. I absolutely love this place. I love the concept of being able to mix and match your pasta. They are a small business and commercial rent is extremely expensive so there is not any serious sitting space but every time I’ve been in enjoyed myself and the food. The quality of the food is also typically more than enough to eat and be content.

Ordered through uber eats. The order was marked ready, but the poor delivery driver had to sit there and wait an additional 15 minutes after he arrived for the food. My wife and I split the shrimp fusilli for dinner. The garlic was undercooked and overpowered the flavor of anything else in the dish. And on top of that, my wife woke up a few hours after our meal violently ill with food poisoning. Never again will we order from here.

Ordered through 3rd party. We got 2 Caesar salads, the trio meatballs, and 2 pastas and were blown away at how good it was. It all came fresh and was hot upon arrival. Very good quality food and was plentiful. Great alfredo! Highly recommend.

Ordered through Uber eats and we were SO happy with this food. The spicy pasta was so delicious, literal flavor town. And the meatballs were perfect as well! I almost didn't order because the Google reviews were low, and I'm so glad I did. Trust me - it's good stuff.

Partner ordered shrimp fusilli (receive linguine). I ordered farmers delight with vegan chicken and extra mushrooms.
Farmer’s Delight is supposed to be a veggie pasta and this is what I was served.
This was my first time trying Pasta On The Fly and the order was COMPLETELY wrong. His order has the olive oil drizzle and my order had some sort of cheese/cream on top. Barely any mushrooms despite us paying for extra. The shrimp and chicken were in his dish. Didn’t even send out utensils for us to eat with. I don’t eat meat or cheese. He can’t have tomatoes and his dish is full of them while mine is bare bones.
We spent $70 to have our dinner delivered after him being hospitalized for the last two days and was completely let down. Tried calling multiple times with no answer.
The food was amazing The presentation was 5 stars I did delivery a few times and the food arrives on time.

This was the first time we tried them as my wifey was too tired to cook after a long week. The pasta was fresh and well cooked and the sauce was delicious and flavorful! Such a good price, too, compared to some of the less than satisfying offerings we've had. Add to that the generous portions and Pasta on the Fly has new customers in the Quarter!
