Peewee's Crabcakes

Customer service was on point. Servers welcome you like family. The atmosphere was jazzy and a vibe with the N.O. music. The food arrived quickly and was well seasoned. Will definitely be back.

I tried Peewee's last Wednesday and it was the best crabcake I think I've ever had in NOLA. I also met Peewee while I was there and I wish him all the success in the world. He's a positive, driven person and his food is excellent.

The Staff is Always Helpful and Friendly! My Host/Cashier Leroy gave 110% Service. The Cooks Prepared Great Food! The Business was Very Clean upon Arrival. Me & My Uncle had A Wonderful Experience their! Myself & Rest of Family will be Returning! Thanks & Have A Great Day!!

One of my favorite restaurants in the city! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but definitely dont sleep on the deviled eggs!

When I entered the restaurant, the atmosphere was unsettling. The employees went getting along.I place my order at 4:43 PM. I was told my order would be complete in 25 minutes after 30 minutes of waiting. I received the phone call in reference to my Crawfish bread, stating that there was not any crawfish bread available, but I was sitting right across from the ordering counter. I don't know why the lady called me on the phone when she was staring me right in the face. But I waited 30 more minutes before my gumbo even came out and the ladies had an attitude about it. Like it was my fault I had a long day and I wanted to get home and enjoy my dinner. They didn't even ask to spit down my throat, that's how thirsty I was. And to think I use to highly recommend this restaurant. NEVER AGAIN! This is why I really don't support black owned businesses. They don't know how to treat their customers. No wonder locations are PERMANENTLY CLOSING!

I'm visiting from Florida with my Wife in her hometown of New Orleans. We went to both PeeWee's locations. It seems as if Noone wanted to work or seat customers. The prices are already high from what my Wife stated. But who wants to pay for high priced food and the service sucks. The first PeeWee's we went to we saw people waiting for their food and at least 5 tables open. I asked the lady at the front desk could we seat ourselves she stated angrily she would seat us. We waited for 15 more minutes and still didn't get seated or acknowledged. So we left and went to the second PeeWee's on Manhattan. When we arrived we talked with a young man at the front counter. He acted standoffish as if he had something else to do and that we needed to hurry up and make a decision on our order. As my Wife and I left again we saw that same young man walk out to his vehicle and leave. We love supporting black businesses but this ain't it. I know good help is hard to find and I'm embarrassed for my race. We ordered nothing, we got nothing.

The only complaint I have was the wait time however the quality of food and the friendliness of the staff more than made up for it. The atmosphere was lively with great music. Definitely recommend given this place to try. I have the shrimp Poboy.

On my lunch break waiting for my food. Ask cashier to leave the bag open for me to check my food . Good thing I did they didn’t even fix my sandwich. Then she showing me a ticket showing it’s not on her ticket !! But yet I’m holding my receipt with the sandwich on mine . Not good service never going back !! Try to support black business !!

I absolutely love Peewees! My daughter is a seafood head so when she’s craving something I love to order from here. My fave is the MLK Salmon with the seafood rice. If I don’t get that I would order any of the pasta. They are mouth watering. When I want something lite and filling I would get the Genitilly crawfish bread. 5 stars across the board.

I drive a charter bus and this was my first time to New Orleans and I stumbled upon this little gem. This is definitely a must try if you have never been here. Not only is the food the best that I've had since I've been in New Orleans (i got the superbowl buffet), the employees are total sweethearts! they all made me feel like I was at home eating dinner with family. One even gave me a hug as I was leaving. I will definitely be back!! You guys are rockstars!!
